Kelly is one of the kindest, warmest people I have ever met. She always makes me feel calm and safe. I have been going to Kelly for 3 years for different services and she offers the best acupuncture, cupping etc. She has helped me tremendously with my health and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Through some of the toughest moments of my life Kelly has personally been there to help me through with her treatments, kind words, and her friendship and generosity. She is warm, kind, compassionate and really makes sure your treatment plans are catered to your individual needs. My entire family and extended family have been going to see Kelly for the past few years and we are regulars, as her treatments are undeniably effective and incredible. You're seriously missing out if you have not been to see Kelly...and that is not an exaggeration. Acupuncture was life changing and not only did it help with specific issues such as back issues and bad cramping but it also really helps to keep you level and calm and balanced. I have been seeing Kelly for 6 years now. She has treated me through many fertility issues and sport related injuries. She is by far the best ever and is so sincere and very caring. She has helped me in so many ways and she is always so great to talk to. I love how accommodating she is as I can call her up last minute and she can fit me in to see her. She has also given me some treatments for my little one for when she is sick. I go to Kelly for my essential oils, herbal remedies and drinks. They are amazing and have treated so many things for me and my daughter that are natural. I love going to see Kelly as it is such a relaxing experience and I feel so good afterwards. Simply the best!

I've been going to lifestyles for two years and couldn't be happier with the service that I receive there. Kelly goes above and beyond for her clients and always ensures the best care. I started going to see Kelly to help regulate my cycle. I had cervical cancer and after being given the all clear, my cycles were close to 40 days long with periods lasting two weeks. It was Kelly that was able to help regulate my cycle now down to 31 days with a regular 5 days pd. Not only that but I've never been healither thanks to her nutritional advise. To top it off she is one of the most caring, kind and thoughtful people I know. A combination truly difficult to find these days. I highly recommend lifestyles!

If i could give Kelly at Lifestyles Wellness Spa a 10 star rating, i would. Kelly is not only incredible at her job but she is also an amazing human being. Never have I met someone so calm and collected. Just walking into Lifestyles, my stress starts to melt away. Kelly has helped me in so many aspects of my life. After many months of trying for a baby, i sought out a TCM and acupuncturist who was well respected in the areas of fertility management. 3 people made my baby girl: my husband, Kelly and myself. Before, during and post pregnancy, Kelly has assisted me in so many aspects of my life including stress management, TCM , vitamin and supplement suggestions, nutrition tips based on my body's response to environment etc - She even helped me cut down my coffee consumption, which I did not think was even possible! Kelly is professional, calm, and probably one of the nicest people I have ever come across. Anyone who has met her or has had a service conducted by her would agree with this. I have referred a number of people to Kelly and will continue to do so. Thank you Kelly for helping to give me the best gift in life (my little girl) and for assisting me in my journey back to health. You are the best!!

Kelly is an exceptional acupuncturist! Her treatments are gentle and quickly effective. She is emphatic and realistic with her lifestyle and nutrition recommendations.
