I was looking to book a facial and looked up spas in Oakville. I came across L'Exquisite Day Spa and saw that Shanette had great reviews so I decided to book with her.

Shanette was very warm and welcoming, and the spa is very clean. During the facial, Shanette explained each step and made sure to check how my skin was feeling along the way. It was a relaxing experience (even the extractions were minimal in pain) and I left with amazing looking skin!

I have been going to Shanette at L'Exquisite Day Spa for the past couple years for eyebrow waxing and more recently, lashes. Shanette is a perfectionist and always does an amazing job! She is the only person I trust with my brows. I have now had my lashes done by her twice and am very happy with them. They feel light and are natural looking. Shanette was very thorough with her after care instructions and followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the results. She is very accommodating and is always able to fit me in to her schedule for an appointment if I request one on short notice. L'Exquisite Day Spa offers excellent services in a clean and professional environment. I would recommend Shanette to anyone.

I’ve been seeing Shanette for over 6 years now for waxing services and most recently eyelash extensions, and have never been disappointed! She really is a perfectionist and it shows in her work. Her home studio is a beautiful space. It’s newly renovated and always very clean and relaxing. Shanette is lovely to chat with and is so welcoming and accommodating. I would never go anywhere else. I had a back facial which not a lot of spas do. The price is a bit more than the others, but what made it worth the extra spend was the number of treatments on my back as well as the time - an hour and a half!

Shanette's spa is very bright, warm and inviting. She is very friendly and professional. What I liked most is that she offered suggestions, all the while not feeling pressured to buy more products or services but rather to take my time and think about it. I am definitely going back to try the other services she has to offer.
