They have an extensive list of services & truly they’re all that you need for a zen experience from cleanliness, soothing ambiance, Taylor’s excellent front of the house demeanour & customer service. Most of all their highly therapeutic, experienced & professional massage therapists who closely listens to the clients needs & ensure to relieve your stress, tension, aches & pains. They even provide a wide array of tea service & milk chocolate bites for customers to relax & enjoy in the waiting lounge. I will not hesitate to recommend LES because you have to experience their services to know that actions will speak louder than any words.

We love going to Leela Ecobee for the couples massage on a regular basis. The ambiance is perfect, they are always on time and the option for direct billing to my insurance provider is fantastic. The one time we had a minor issue it was dealt with immediately. It is obvious that the team here genuinely cares about their customers.

Had the most amazing experience! I had a full body massage done by a fantastic woman named Gala. I came in with a horrible headache and left feeling completely relieved, she did incredible work! The atmosphere was very calming and welcoming, I would highly recommend to anyone!

I had an Indian scalp massage which was great, very relaxing, and a full body massage which was also very nice. The spa itself was clean and welcoming. My one drawback is that the walls are very thin, so while I was having my massage I could hear, very clearly, peoples’ conversations in the next room which was a bit disruptive to the atmosphere. Other than that, it was a nice experience.

I had a gift card that I spent on a Spa Package at Leela. It was a fantastic experience. The staff are friendly. They offer tea at the front desk while you wait. The beds are heated which was a great touch and the headrests are super comfortable and smell and feel fresh. My RMT was Gala and she was amazing, very caring and incredibly respectful. I had my facial with Sara and she was equally great. Super kind and friendly and gave me the best head massage while my mask was on. All products that they used felt amazing. I’ll definitely go back and recommend to my friends.

First impressions - a little cool on the welcoming side, but I didn’t mind that, although the plastic cups and utilitarian brown paper towels in the washroom didn’t evoke a feeling of luxury. However, everything was clean and otherwise nicely appointed. I hope all the money saved in niceties was given to the spa masseuse I was assigned: Stephanie. I had a hot stone massage which was blissful - measured, even, soothing movements, accompanied by a serene silence, I look forward to my next session!
