Never again will I ever go here. Deserves 0 stars. When I made an appointment, explained that I wanted a stylist who could cut my hair properly since it grows so slow is thin and any mistakes would take forever to grow out. Nope, got a stylist who I believe was Robin and completely ruined my hair. Had pictures of how I wanted my haircut. The 1st picture below and the second picture is how she butchered my hair. Didn’t get what I asked for. I could have done better by putting a bowl on my head and cutting around it. That’s how awful it looks. My hair is thin, very slow growing and naturally wavy. The short mess she cut it to from being beautiful medium length lots like hell and not a damn thing I do makes it look nice. I wanted something easy, wash and go. Nope, got a horrible chopped up mess, that even blow drying can’t style it. So piss, since it will take me 4 years plus just to get it back looking nice. Just made an appointment somewhere else to fix this mess to something that I can style until it grows back.

Never again end up with chemical burns on the crown of head. Months of major pain. It's just starting to heal. Since June. My advice check what there using on head cause you maybe next. I'm not a happy customer after being a client 30 yrs. I'd show pics but you'd be disgusted. I won't post them. It was embarrassing enough! Two clean your work space and disinfectant before you move the next client. The shop was a pig sty the day I was there. To busy with other hairdresser in back room not paying attention. Give me money the 290 you charge me for services I did not want.
Give it Back or I'm going to MEDIA over my chemical burns your hairdresser caused. Not to mention how arrogant you are. You btr take this seriously cause I will do what I say. Get me a head office number too or find media at your door . Wow all one stars in year all say the same. Don't false advertisement and charging this and that is misleading customers !!!! Would you like the media to know how I laughed at you don't want to.
DO NOT threaten me from a fake account you want a picture of it. I can post it please STOP THREATS! I'm contacting police now.

Took my daughter here on Feb 5th for her birthday to do highlights and a cut. The highlight job was not well done. They vary greatly in shades and there was bleeding of the bleach. Also we never got the haircut but we were charged for it: After we realized the cut wasn’t done I just wanted a refund for that portion. I’ve called multiple times, been hung up on, told the manager Holly would call me back and have yet to receive a call. Very disappointing experience.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at L'Attitudes Salon & Spa, Oshawa Centre, where hair specialist Robin employed deceptive sales tactics and handled my hair with unacceptable roughness. Despite initial assurances that my existing hair extensions were usable, Robin pushed me to purchase new ones, claiming they were necessary, and tried to upsell me on additional products.

When I questioned her methods, Robin became defensive and dismissive, labeling me as "obsessed" with my hair. Her behavior was unprofessional, bordering on abusive, and her goal was clearly to sell me new products at an inflated price rather than providing a genuine service.

The experience was further marred by Robin's rough handling of my tangled hair, which she claimed was necessary to apply all the extensions. I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and $316.40 poorer. The lack of regard for my satisfaction and the deceptive sales tactics used by Robin have led me to strongly advise against visiting L'Attitudes Salon, especially with Robin, for hair extensions.

I have been to latitudes earlier but this time salon experience was not good at all. First they said the only slot available is at 7 pm and they didn’t mention it is a junior stylist. When I reached the salon at 7:5, I had to wait till 7:15. They asked me how do you want me to style the hair, I said a round brush and not curls. They didn’t clear it the person can not do round brush without a curling iron. At 7:55 when my hair was not even half done, I spoke with store receptionist. She said some stylist cannot do it without curling iron and if u want the look you can still opt curling iron. I had no choice and I sat silently and then stylist herself said I can’t do it and I am not comfortable. When I raised the issue that you have wasted my1 hour that’s when they started playing the victim card. They said I am bullying and we will not do it. I was very respectful and waited till 8:00 pm but a false allegation of being a bully made me feel really bad. I always tip well and never bullied anyone. All I wanted to justify the time I was there and job done was nothing. My time wasted and feel bad for my kid who was waiting for me for 1 hour outside. They are putting the tag of being bully on customer, beware when you book your next appointment.

I took a chance and went to Lattitudes for the first time this weekend and I loved them. From the front desk to the asst and stylist everyone was so kind. I got exactly the colour and cut I asked for and my bangs were perfection. I’ll def be back and would absolutely recommend them.

Jessica was the absolute best. She listened to my concerns and I left feeling amazing. She did such a wonderful job with my hair and is super personable and made the whole experience pleasant. I have been doing my hair professionally since I was 14 (I'm 25 now) and this was by far the best stylist I have come across. I will definitely be booking with her again!!!
