Had my laser appointment today for upper lip and Brazilian. I have done laser in the past at another place but they have since moved out of country. I know I need a few more sessions so I booked with LASERBODY MD as it is close and convenient to home and there were great reviews. I had Sara and she was really nice and very efficient (again great reviews online as well). I will have to wait and see the results at my second session to get a better idea as to the results. I am hoping areas that I wish to be fully cleared will be however some areas I don't think were touched as they were covered during the session. I believe Sara is very approachable and hope I can convey this to her at my next session.

Just had my second appointment with Sara for full body laser. My first appointment was okay.. this one was FANTASTIC. Great music playing when I walked in, relieved my nerves immensely. She knew I needed more cooling gel and helped make me comfortable instead of rushing the process. I will be requesting her for the remainder of my appointments!! Thank you 😊

Had another amazing session with Sara and continue to ask for her because I absolutely see results! Better and sooner than I expected— worth every penny. I did not know that there was techniques to laser for better results but Sara definitely shared her innovated method for the best Brazilian laser ever ! I have been going here for a year and although I am happy with my results, there is one big issue I have with this place:

I don’t appreciate the lack of consistency regarding which technician is doing my treatment. In my experience, I’ve had so many different technicians doing my treatments that I can’t predict how my treatment will turn out since they all say or do something different. One technician will know exactly what do from the last session and ask extensively whether in my progress and concerns since the last time I came in but I won’t get the same experience the next time I come in because it’s a different technician. There seems to be no standardization or consistency.

Everytime I go in, I have to clarify what areas i paid for and what to pay extra attention to because I find these areas consistently get missed. I don’t even know if they are using the same settings as before and if they know to increase the settings because very few of them communicate these things with me. Even if I point out what a past technician did for me, it gets disregarded because they “can’t do that”. This is concerning because part of getting good results for laser hair removal is who is doing the treatment on you, alongside whether you are a good candidate.

You can definitely request a specific technician to do your treatment but I’ve been told that there’s no guarantee that I’ll get who I want since it’s based on who is available to do the treatment during your appointment and I ended up with someone different that who I requested. If you are someone that wants one person doing your treatment all throughout, then I question whether this is the place for you since laser hair removal is NOT cheap.

I will say that Ursula is an amazing technician for laser hair removal and would recommend her 100% if you decide to go to this place. She is kind, thorough and really pays attention to the client - she really is one of the best.

I just had my first session with Sarah and my hairs have not grown back at many places already. Sarah is a wonderful and very attentive nurse at laserbody . SHE attends you well and dies her job very nicely and with perfection. I am having a great time and it us highly recommended as no pain is there. Thank you.
