I have pretty thick brows & have gone here previously to have them cleaned up. After yesterday’s visit half of my eyebrows are gone and there is absolutely NO SHAPE. Added a photo of my eyebrows now & before. THANK GOD HAIR GROWS BACK.

I done multiple times my brows from kurves.. excellent experience. But the last one I have done on 24th dec in the evening she ruined my brows. I had full growth of my brows and I give instructions to her keep it thick and just cut off my extra..but she just cut my whole brows from middle and leave thin brows.. worse experience . She even did not agree that she cut my brows wrong. She told me it’s ok it will grow. I was so upset even cry first time after done mg brows done. I hope management will teach her first then leave her by self in shift as she does not know what she is doing.

Just to start off I usual go to see the brow lady that is often there. She does my eyebrows really well and is always leaving me snatched regardless but today I went to get them threaded and I noticed, what I assume is a new girl. I didn’t think nothing of it so I just got what I usually like getting done which is plain threading nothing else anyways.

I sit down she does my brows and I notice a few red flags now and it makes me think I shoulda just turned around…

First the string kept breaking- I thought this was a little weird as the string has never broken before with the other lady but I thought nothing of it that is until it kept breaking. It broke like three times and it was kinda painful when it did.

Secondly she spent so much time on the first brow- She spent so much time on the first eyebrow and it started to get really painful not gonna lie and I have a decent pain tolerance when it come to eyebrow threading.

Thirdly, my brows were left really uneven- I hated them afterwards but obviously I wasn’t gonna say that because I felt she was new so I didn’t wanna say anything. The first brow she worked on is really arched and the other eyebrow is actually a decent shape.

Please teach your employees how to actually work on different peoples brows, because if you’re gonna charge almost $20 for threading you should at least train your employees..

I did my eyebrows after several months and bramjeet did a great job.. she kept my natural eyebrow shape and removed only the excess so i really liked it..I will definitely visit them again.
