Vandaag voor het eerst langs geweest en gelijk heel tevreden. Ze hebben mijn eksteroog met veel zorg verwijderd. Ze mogen gerust wat meer vragen voor de tijd en de zorg dat ze in hun klanten steken.

Eveneens heeft mijn vriendin haar nagels laten doen. Mooi resultaat.

Ze nemen echt je tijd voor je.

Slechtste ervaring ooit! 50 euro betaald voor Gellak en het verwijderen van eerder gezette gelnagels. Kleur was niet overal glad, op bepaalde plaatsen mat. Na 4 dagen waren de eerste stukken Gellak er al af. Na een week ben ik terug geweest naar het salon en ze konden niets doen, geen wederdienst! Geen klantenservice. Bovendien was de vrouw ziek en zat ze constant te niezen en hoesten op mijn handen. Ga hier nooit naartoe!

Worst experience ever. I made an appointment through Treatwell at another salon (Hair Beauty Diamond) for a gel manicure. I then got a call saying that I should go to this salon instead as there was a mix up with the hours. I accepted, went there and got my nails done, but they look absolutely horrible. Although I expressed my disappointment, I was told that they look like this because of some oil, and they will look better once this is gone.

The oil is gone now and they still look awful, they are uneven, some are very very thick with bumps, and the colour is also not smooth.

Additionally, I paid 50 eur as this was the price as the original salon, although the price advertised for this particular salon is actually 40. So, I ended up paying more than I should have, for nails that look absolutely terrible.

They refuse to give me a refund.

Firstly, I only agreed to come back because your colleague told me that my nails will look better when I will get home and the oil will be gone (this was her response when I expressed the fact that they did not look good). Obviously, this was not true, as my nails still looked bad after the oil was gone.

Secondly, no one agreed to give me any refund of 20€. Indeed, I was offered to come back and have it removed, but I was unable to do so, because I was leaving on holiday.

Lastly, I did contact the employee who did my nails by WhatsApp and showed her how my nails looked, but she blocked me and never replied to the pictures I sent. I have even screenshots of this in case you want to claim again something that is not true.

I had my nails removed and redone somewhere else. How do you think I would come back to this place after such an experience?

Ik had vandaag een afspraak voor mijn wenkbrauwen. Dit was oké gedaan, niet wow. Nadien kreeg ik via treatwell een bericht dat ik volgens de zaak niet was komen opdagen… ik was er 10 min voorheen geweest. Echt niet oké ….

I have a great nail fixed and massage by Wenyuan 2 days ago! Everyone is very kind and professional! My nails get fixed beautifully and my body is soooo relaxed after massage. I would like to highly recommend this shop to all the travellers. A very nice and wonderful experience! Professional with good deals!

Very friendly and welcoming. I had my nails done there today and they turned out very amazing! Also got some tips for how to get rid of my acne and I found them very useful! I really am going back there for sure!

Worst nail appointment I have ever had in my entire life. 16:30 appointment and only was helped at 17:00 and even by 19:00 we had not yet begun painting of my nails. The salon smelt of old food or fish, the dog barked the entire time and she didn't follow any of the requests I asked for. Nails were made short (I asked her to keep them the same length), some were oval and others square, and they were bulky. Nan is the worst nail tech I've ever experienced. I write this to help people who are particular with their nails and dont want disappoitment, do not visit this place.
