This was my first time at this Salon today and I'm very impressed. Beautiful & clean, the hair dressers are all welcoming & warm. Shelby did my blonde balyage and she gave me exactly what I wanted. She has a sweet bubbly personality, so fun to chat with. Kayla the owner runs a remarkable place. Very happy with my hair thank you!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the best salon I have ever been to. Shelby was incredible and not only did she give me perfect highlights, she was super friendly, and fun to talk to. The environment of the salon feels like you are at a friends house, it is very chill and welcoming. I officially have a new hair salon and stylist.

My daughter and I both tried Karma today for the first time. It was a wonderful experience! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. My daughter (6yo) wanted a cut that was tricky for her hair type and Kamlyn did an incredible job making it work with her hair and chatting with her and making her feel super special. Kayla did a dry curly cut on my hair and I'm so happy with the cut and all the tips I received. We'll definitely be back!

I went to get my hair done by Tonia who was recommended to me by my sister-in-law. Tonia was fantastic - extremely personable and knowledgeable. I learned a lot about my hair and how it holds colour (after close to 20 years of colouring my hair!). I bought products that agreed with my hair - which were not pushed on me at all. I also love the ease of making an appointment and the small boutique feel. I have been 3 times and will definitely continue going!

I started coming here when I was new to Thunder Bay because the stylist bios on the website advertise experience with curly hair textures. After several unsatisfactory experiences, I won't be back. I dont feel that Karma is a "good fit" for me in comparison to other salons I've been to in other cities.

We have been going to karma for 5 years now and my daughter's are always so happy with their haircuts. The staff are very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!
