Just had a treatment with Jessica. She is really amazing. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. The place is very calm and very clean. I would recommend this place 100%. I would like to thanks Maria too for helping me out throughout the process. Great work.

I had a great experience with Jessica! I haven’t had a facial or experience like this since 2018. It was informative and Jessica made great conversation. She was honest and didn’t come across very “sales”. It was great and I’d come back! I would recommend.

Kalon Skin Lab is a vibe! I love the fresh, calm environment you feel the moment you walk in. I received a medical peel from Jessica. She spent the time making sure I thoroughly understood the process and delivered a wonderful treatment. Jessica is incredibly knowledgeable about her skin care products. It is evident that she would only carry products she truly believes in. You can tell her passion is to fully care for you and your skin. I will be back!

I can’t say enough good things about Jessica and Kalon Skin Lab! My treatment at Jessica’s beautiful and hygienic space was both educational and relaxing. I was struck with Jessica’s in-depth knowledge of skin and her ability to educate and empower me to be better able to understand my mature and sensitive skin’s needs. I couldn’t believe the difference in the way my skin looked after the hydrating facial she gave me, quite remarkable! She also developed a gentle and effective treatment plan to rehabilitate and protect my aging skin moving forward. Her manner is very warm, professional, attentive and she places a high value on educating you so you know how to care for your own skin. I really liked that she followed up after the treatment to make sure I was doing ok and see if I had any questions. I will definitely continue to travel from Toronto to Whitby to receive this kind of expertise and diligent care. Thank you so much Jessica!

Just had the most wonderful treatment with Jessica !
She looked carefully at my skin and was very confident about the facial I needed. Jessica is extremely professional, knowledgeable and has such a lovely nature! She informed me of each step of the facial and what products she would be using for each step in the process. The salon has a welcoming and calming energy , lovely atmosphere! I left feeling relaxed , skin definitely smoother and with a healthy glow! I can not recommend her service highly enough! Looking forward to my next treatment with her!

A Big Shout out to Jessica at Kalon Skin Lab. As someone who is concerned with the best, I am really impressed with this place. From the cleanliness, to the service, products, treatments, ambiance and education Kalon Skin Lab nails it. I try to go as often as I can and it's worth the trek coming from Toronto. Jessica goes above and beyond, she helped me curate a whole skin care program custom to my needs and I am already seeing results! Since I started with Jessica I don't go anywhere else for my skin needs. I highly recommend and give it two thumbs wayyyy up <3
