All I can say is phenomenal! … an absolutely wonderful experience…. So relaxing, completely lost track of time during my float! I feel amazing inside and out.
Positive and welcoming atmosphere, something I will definitely be back to do again! If you’re still thinking about it, just do it …,you won’t regret it!

Owner Fidel is so attentive and lovely to speak with. Her welcoming space offers 1 hour epsom salt float pods and 1 large cabin float tank, and/or infrared steam treatments. She offers single use, multiple use bundles and monthly subscription giving a range of options for everyone at exceptional prices. I felt so good after my float and even better the next day. I highly recommend!

I can not say enough about ifloat. An amazing experience of relaxation. The service with Fidel and her cleanliness and eye for detail goes over and beyond. Try the floats or the sauna. Hair analysis for toxicity is a extra amazing service.

Recently went here and experience the steam sauna and deprivation tank! I ighly highly highly recommend this place. Not only were the services themselves revuinativing, healing, and relaxing but the space is beautiful and welcoming and the owner is professional, knowledgeable and super accomodating! This would be an amazing gift idea for any friend or loved one!

I-Float is my happy place. I cannot express how life changing experiencing a float or an ozone sauna is. The owner is beyond lovely and really cares about each individual client, it's clear that she wants to help people and personally I find her warm and welcoming with an impressive wealth of knowledge. Float in the tank or pod for back/neck/arm/leg or any body pain or tension (highly recommended for parents who feel "touched out" and need a break) and use the ozone sauna for skin conditions/over production of yeast. The spa oceanic is also a great system for stress release, skin smoothing and light therapy. The facillity is very clean and well maintained. IFloat is Quinte's hidden gem!
