I had an incredible experience getting tattoo laser removal with Jennifer. I did 5 sessions with her and my back tattoo is almost gone now. Beyond the results though, Jennifer was a true professional. She was kind, attentive, calming and so incredibly helpful throughout every step. If you want amazing results, care and detailed attention, this is the place to go and this is the nurse to see. If I could, I would give it more than 5 stars. Amazing experience.

I had the best experience at ICLS. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and immediately taken to waiting room where I was able to look at all of their products!

Morsal was amazing!!!! She took the time to thoroughly walk through the procedure with me (it was my first time). She made me feel at ease and was able to answer all of my questions with confidence.

The injections were virtually painless and provided me with a natural and refreshed look - exactly what I was going for!

If you’re considering Botox or other treatments, this is your sign to book with ICLS. They truly put so much care into their clients and deliver stunning results. I will definitely be returning!

Highly DISAPPOINTING and UNPROFESSIONAL

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent appointment at ICLS. My appointment for laser toning was scheduled for 3:15 PM on Friday, February 21st . On my way to the clinic, I contacted the reception to inform them that I would arrive at 3:25 PM and requested a 10-minute accommodation for the delay. To my shock, the lady on the phone informed me that the procedure could not be performed if I arrived after 3:15 PM and I should book some other day.

This response is highly unprofessional and surprising, especially considering that I have been a loyal client of ICLS since 2022 and have availed of their services over 30 times. On previous occasions, I have always been asked to wait for at least 15 minutes, and on one instance, I had to wait for 20 minutes. Given this history, I find it difficult to understand why my reasonable request for a 10-minute delay was not honored, while I have consistently been expected to wait for longer periods without any issue.
I am deeply concerned about the lack of respect for my time by ICLS. I fail to understand who has authorized this disregard for customer time.

I’ve been visiting ICLS for years and have always been extremely pleased with the excellent results from the treatments I’ve received.
Recently I had an appointment for some concerning skin issues, caused by sun damage.
Dr. Sapra was very knowledgable and took the time to thoroughly explain my options. The nurse JF was also exceptional, her caring nature and expertise throughout my visit, made me feel very comfortable and confident in my treatment plan.
I highly recommend ICLS for anyone looking for a professional, caring team for all your skin care concerns

went today for my second injection for my keloid and they were amazing! my nurse, Jessica F was so sweet and lovely!! she answered all of my questions and she explained everything perfectly. she made me feel so much less nervous about the injections and even complimented me on my healing. 10/10 staff and doctors! would recommend to anyone looking to get any sort of keloid removal.
