Spectacular service provided for the cost for the rental. I rented a hottub for my camp for a friends bachelor party and everyone loved it. Hottub came with free delivery which included setup and filling with hot water.

Be sure to ensure that the top is covered when not using so the hottub doesnt lose heat as easily.

10/10 will be renting again!

Currently in the process of purchasing a hot tub. The knowledge and service thus far has been great, more than I expected really. It's not a 'take the money and run' operation, but one that's more focused on educating new customers and making sure they are comfortable with knowing all that will be required before a dollar changes hands.

Gerry at Hot Tub Express took a lot of time explaining different features of different model tubs to ensure the best fit for our family. He offered us a variety of used tubs as well and we really felt we got the best bang for our buck when we left with our purchase. Most importantly, he's easily available to answer questions about the products he sells, even after hours. We are truly impressed by the level of service we receive! He even sweetened the deal with some homemade jam! We're looking forward to many years of use from our Sundance spa and we're confident we bought from the right retailer. Thanks Gerry!
