I've been receiving treatments with Ana since 2023 and this is the only place I'll ever go. As someone who works in healthcare, I've been extremely impressed with her exceptional knowledge and expertise and have recommended her to others. The services offered are not only therapeutic, but also very relaxing with the new location having a spa-like zen feel. Ana is humble, extremely hardworking and just a pleasure to talk to. I would highly recommend her and her team. Also happy to be supporting a local woman-owned business!

The minute I walked into Holistic Med Group, I felt a sense of calm while sitting in the beautiful and peaceful waiting area. From books on Rituals and Meditation, and words on the wall such as Mindfulness, Nourishment, Movement, and Detox, I feel this place is going to give me a more holistic treatment plan, which I am here for.
My first lymphatic drainage massage with Ana was so thorough and thoughtful (as I was a bit nervous). I feel a big difference the next day, such relief in the areas she worked on.
I am looking forward to working with Ana and receiving her help in recovering holistically from a surgery.
I highly recommend Holistic Med Group for your Wellness needs!

Love the ladies at the Holistic Med group! Have to admit I was a skeptic at first but from the first session at the clinic with Ana that’s all it took. The space is incredible so relaxing and calming. Also, saw Joanna the Osteopath at the clinic and she is also fabulous. You can’t go wrong at the Holistic Med Group so happy to have be introduced to this clinic they’re amazing!!!

Recently, I experienced severe pain in my lower back. It was so severe, I couldn’t sit, sleep, or walk without experiencing pain. I thought I had tried everything and I would just need to live with the pain.

This month, I visited the Holistic Med Group’s amazing location and got the treatment I needed! The staff made me feel welcomed, safe, and respected. Their new facility is designed to make you feel relaxed…they even provide slippers for you to walk in!

Before my appointment, I explained my experience with lower back and Ana listened to me and addressed my concerns. She really understood what was going on with my back because after one session, I was able to move without pain again! My only regret is that I should have seen Ana sooner!

Ladies, do yourself a favour and book a session at the Holistic Med Group’s facility….it’s life changing.

Ana is amazing!
I went to her for acupuncture for my knee and she was so informative and laying there on her table i honestly felt like a friend was just casually doing a treatment on me! She made me feel very comfortable and I certainly need to book another appointment with her, and with her other amazing ladies as the clinic offers so many different services!
Thanks again Ana 💓 need to come back asap!
