Strange/Inappropriate Staff Behaviour

I usually go here in the evening time because it’s the only time I can. During the evening this place is primarily staffed by younger people which is no biggie, they usually herd themselves around the checkouts chatting, but my most recent experience was a bit strange.
Grabbed some items went up to the counter and the girl from the cosmetics counter said she could help me, threw my items on the counter checked out with very few words exchanged. Left the store walked across the parking lot and as Im about to get into the car the same cosmetic cashier walks out the front door pulls out her phone and takes a picture of me just before getting into the car and runs off back into the store. There wasn’t any other cars around me and her phone was pointed right at me.
If I had more time I would have gone back in to talk to her about it, I know I didn’t accidentally not pay for something, it was just really strange. I could see her and a few of the other cashiers standing there at the tills through the glass door looking at her phone. Maybe she liked my jacket? who knows but not really appropriate behaviour. Happened around 7 on march 12th, perhaps management could look into it.

I had a good outlook on this pharmacy as I am newish to town and have had pretty good service. Surprised at how rude the one cashier was today. Talking to another worker on a not so busy day which is fine but when I come to buy something/ask a question and all I get is snarky answers my outlook will definitely change. I just may have interrupted a conversation but it’s her job which ended up in awkward silence. Hope not every worker is like this and she was just having a bad day.

My Husband and I moved to Petrolia 2 years ago and settled in very well. I have an ongoing prescription for a pain medication due to a very bad back and since Petrolia only has 1 pharmacy that is where I went to Hogans. In the beginning the service was normal and the staff are very nice but as time went on by I started to have issues with my prescription..They seemed to have issues not having enough stock of the pain medication I was taking so I would have to come back and pick it up a few days later.I also would go in and let them know to refill on the due date only to go in to pick it up and I still had to wait for them to fill it..like why ? I am also a bit confused as to why I have to sign for my pills and show ID on certain occasions ? I can pick them up and no one wants to see anything but then another time they want ID and a signature? I am finding Hogans to be very dysfunctional lately. This past Saturday was my due date to pick up my medication for another month and when I finally got it from the pharmacist she could only give me 9 pills and my prescription is 120 pills so this is the 3rd time this has happened to me and I just do not know what to do..I want to move my service to another pharmacy even if it means driving 20 or so minutes..I am just so disappointed. I really do think the Pharmacy itself ( store part ) is a very nice place with friendly staff and I enjoy shopping in the store but the Pharmacy part of it to pick up medications needs improvement.

I have gone to Hogan’s Pharmacy for years and every so often, they would make a mistake on how much my benefits plan would be covering for my medications. Within the past year or so, this has happened more often than it should have. It’s gotten to the point where the staff will try double billing me on one or more of my medications. This shouldn’t be happening because they should be paying attention to which benefits plan is a person’s primary plan. Because of this, I am going to take my medications elsewhere.

Normally the staff send me a text saying my prescription is ready. I stopped in to see if my prescription was ready. I called and did the refill on the answering service. The lady that served me was very rude. I told her i called 24 hours ago and was wondering if the prescription was ready. She snapped at me saying "don't you know we fill o er 800 prescriptions a day". I was just checking to see if it was ready. Low and behold she looked under the cou ter and it was there. There was no need to be rude.
