Really great team here, so friendly and helpful. This is one of the most pleasant stores I have been in lately. Every staff said hello and asked how I was as I walked through tue store, really nice to see. Product selection is great like other Healthy Planet locations.

Almost any supplement I want or am interested in, they have. I've only had to order a couple online that I couldn't find in store. I really like their gluten-free selection. They have a fridge with fermented drinks like kambucha. They carry Carbonaut products, too!

Every visit I encounter helpful and friendly staff. On my most recent stop, the young man at the till cheerfully offered keep my other shopping bag for me while I picked up the items I needed. In the vitamin and supplement area, another employee noticed me looking for something and took me right to where the item was, based on my very limited description of what the container looked like and the purpose of the herb. Well done!

5 stars for the options and the prices (when things go on sale). Sadly they've stopped carrying some frozen products that other stores still carry. Things I've been getting from them for years and now all of a sudden they stop carrying them for some reason. Dinged a star for that one.
Customer service both in store and online get 5 stars from me. I've had a problem with an order getting lost by the courier service and HP refunded me for it. I've never been in the store late at night (like one other person stated) so I haven't been given the rude cashier, thankfully. They've almost always been friendly.

I go to Healthy Planet at least once a week, whenever I do my regular grocery shopping. They have an excellent selection of organic options which are much more reasonably priced then the local supermarket. Staff have been very personable and helpful.

The level of customer service has greatly declined since the store first opened. I live down the street and go to Healthy Planet about 1-2 times a week. I have found that the evening staff don't ask if I need help, can be hard to find, are short with me when I ask a question, and often give the impression that they do not want to be disturbed. I've also seen the evening staff be rude to customers.

Tonight, I had another not so great experience at the store so I thought I'd leve a review.

I accidentailly purchased cinnamon sticks last night instead of cinnamon powder. The packaging is the same. I did not realize the mistake I made until this morning. Unfortunately, I threw out my receipt when I got home last night. The recycling was picked up this morning so I could not retrieve the receipt.

I popped into the store tonight hoping to do an exchange. The tall, young male at the cash register was in his own world. When he finally acknowledged me, I explained my situation. He told me that I would have to come back tomorrow to speak to the Manager. I told him I don't have time and would like to speak to someone tonight. He called another employee to come and assist me. I explained my situation and the clerk said he couldn't help me because he would have to go through all the receipts from the day before. I just wanted to do an exchange, not a refund. I left the store feeling rather disappointed. I shop there all the time. Healthy Planet seems to have a an updated register but looks can be deceiving. I am now stuck with a product that I wouldn't use. The more I go to Healthy Planet, the more inclined I feel to go back to Joanne's or just order online.
