Keya is really kind and listens to what you want. I got my nails done on a number of occasions and she did a really good job. She shaped my nails and asked if I was happy with the shape before proceeding. When polishing my nails she asked if I was happy with the colour and if I wasn’t she was patient with me in selecting a new colour. Keya provides impeccable customer service and is super friendly.

Came in for my nails which I LOVED, but I had to get my brows done too! I saw another girl come in to see Keya for her brows and they looked amazing. So I said, why not? I can’t say I’ve had my brows done this well in a while AND THE BEST PART IS ITS ONLY $10

Honestly, not sure who is posting good reviews about Keya since it just can't be true. Either she is good and didn't take the time to do my daughter's nails properly OR she is simply untalented and unprofessional to add. Before I write more, please understand that I took the time to call her and ask her to touch up or refund but she has no class or morals and refused to do so and proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I will be filing claim with better business bureau because this is far too wrong to ignore. Let me list the facts:
1. Teenage daughter went with her friend alone, no parents. This chick was desperate for the money and did both their nails side by side jumping between clients...unprofessional considering we paid 70bks each!!!! Apparently the other girl didn't come in. She told me she told them this fact before they came but that's not the truth.
2. Place is totally unhygienic. Flies, wasps and don't even bother going to the washroom. Health Canada will be all over this. I wouldn't trust that she disinfects her tools.
3. She rushed the job with the girls just because she could and took advantage of them. She told me they didn't complain but come on, two shy teenage girls who are raised to have manners will not know what to say.
4. The job itself is worse than what my 11 year old does...no lie! Look at the pics!! Cuticles were cut and ripped (she told me she doesn't fix cuticles ...what does that even mean?, no cuticle oil, glue all over the nail bed, gel was not even, every nail had a different look (asked for square yet some were coffin and oval), clumpy uneven look. The pics are proof of it all
5. Hung up on me twice and refused to negotiate. The fact is she ripped of two teenagers and took advantage of their age. If other posts are true that she did a good job, then tell me how my girls ended up with such a terrible job?
Again, will file a complaint with BBB since I'm not letting $140 drop just like that especially considering the unprofessional job and behaviour.

Sad that so many good businesses suffer nowadays yet people mess around with karma while we try to support the few small businesses left.
