Tracy is an amazing professional! My wife had an incredibly challenging labour and she feels that Tracy’s support made a massive difference throughout. We absolutely recommend her to anyone that’s looking for a doula and we will definitely be going to her again if we have another child. We believe everyone should have a doula during their pregnancy, it’s 100% worth it!

I highly, highly recommend Tracy's Lunah Holistic Facial Experience. Experience is absolutely the right word for this treatment. The experience is 90 minutes but it feels like much longer. It is so relaxing, it took me time to come back to myself afterward. The facial treatment was amazing. My skin looked and felt phenomenal for days afterward. I cannot recommend Tracy and this experience enough.

I count myself so lucky to have found Tracy (in her capacity as doula). As a first time mom, there were a lot of unknowns. Tracy was so skilled at putting my mind at ease, while never making me feel silly or extreme for worrying about the littlest things. Throughout my son’s birth, Tracy knew exactly how to support us. She has an innate ability to know when to step in, and what comfort measures to offer, and when to allow birth to progress untouched. She worked seamlessly with my midwives, and rolled with the punches as the hours (and hours!) passed. Tracy cares deeply about her clients. We shared lots of laughs, tears and smiles together and I felt so genuinely taken care of before, during and after birth. Thank you for everything, Tracy!

Having a body and soul treatment from Tracy is my ultimate gift to myself! I love the warm peaceful atmosphere, the beautiful aromatics of her essential oils, and the comfort I feel when her hands are on my skin. I always feel so relaxed and renewed after we are done and I float my way home into deep restorative sleep. My favourite service from Tracy is her Happy Soul treatment that includes the creation of custom essential oil blend that gets used on my body, applied to special pressure points everywhere during the massage, in addition to the reflexology on my feet ending the appointment. Tracy’s Lunah Facial is what I imagine heaven is like!!! I felt sooooo relaxed after, and my husband even commented a few days later that my skin was glowing. If you want to treat yourself, or someone you love who needs some TLC, I highly recommend this facial. This isn’t JUST a facial, it’s an EXPERIENCE!

Every service I have had from Tracy I have loved. She is my go to when I need a pick me up from a stressful week or a week I didn’t sleep much. She is very calm/nurturing and knows how to make you feel relax regardless of which service you choose. (And I have had many service massage, reflexology and facial)She was amazing to deal with during my pregnancy and post pregnancy. I highly recommend Tracy who needs a little TLC.

I have had Tracy do reflexology on my feet for quite some time now. Your feet feel so great after and can tell so much about what is going on with your body. And it never ceases to amaze me how when tender spots are hit, I ask what area that is on the body and she tells me, it is bang on everytime. Her holistic facial and relaxation massages are a hour each of complete relaxation. I highly recommend Tracy to treat yourself to some relaxation. She is very good at what she does and has such a gentle nuturing soul.
