My son went on his own since he is a young adult. He’s not been through the
administrative process before regarding with the benefits submission. He was not provided a receipt. I reached out and it was explained that it will be sent to the insurance companies. However we needed to get a prescription. We got the prescription. I paid for the product but then I have been ghosted. No receipt, nothing was submitted to insurance and no returning of phone calls. There’s $500 that should have been sent out for insurance reimbursement but it had to come out of pocket. I prefer to deal with businesses that have integrity. This one does not. Never again.

I am updating my previous review from 1 star to 4 stars; I have received my orthotics and their custom make fits my feet very well. The material is high quality and the owner went to great lengths to resolve issues I experienced. I believe communication is an area that could be improved, but this has been a learning experience for all parties involved. I am quite satisfied with the end product I received!

First time at this foot care centre. Assessment and Treatment was done by Heiner. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with my choice to visit Happy Feet Foot Care and I will be returning in the future. I do recommend this location to anybody who has any sort of foot care issues/concerns. My feet feel so much better now !

I always feel amazing after I visit here. I have been doing the ionic foot bath for over a year now and my body always feels so much better afterward. I feel lighter, have less joint pain and inflammation, my skin improves and my allergies and nasal congestion clear right up! A monthly visit is a must! You will be in good hands from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave.
