Great staff, great experience.

I was experiencing shoulder pain after a work out which prevented me from having a quality sleep for about 3 nights and the pain was worsening each night. After a 1 hour treatment at Hands on Health I had a great sleep the following night and the pain started to subside.

Terrible communication!! I purchased a gift card for my sister and when she went to cash out they said they used the gift card however they ended up charging her credit card they weren't authorized to charge. We've been trying to get ahold of them and it's been almost 3 business days and no reply to emails or calls. Someone please refund her her money because now we've been doubled charged.

My husband and I have gone here for many years, the space is amazing and there are several very talented RMTs there.
Unfortunately they have a new ‘circle of care’ program that means that you are unable to choose a therapist and you just get who you get.
Even if you feel the person you just had wasn’t a great fit they may put you with them again. You are not able to see the same therapist again if you had a good experience. It makes no sense at all.
The response from management is that all the RMTs are competent.
We will not be going back to Hands on Health.

Absolutely love going into hands on health! I Everyone is so kind and friendly and welcoming! Even through all of these covid regulations they still make you feel at home. I 10000% recommend checking it out. I see Shawna, she has super strong fingers and is super nice.
They also carry a variety of goodies that look and smell amazing. IThank you guys for being awesome 🙂

Absolutely amazing! My husband and I come here regularly, their team of RMTs are the BEST!! They have helped my husband significantly with treating his headaches/ migraines and I enjoy for relaxation. I have also been coming here during both of my pregnancies for prenatal massages and they have a special pillow for the baby bump! Consistently Amazing service!
