I had no idea where to get my hair done as I am not from North Bay. I did lots of researching on where to get a good haircut. I highly recommend this place, and Leslie as a hair stylist!!! She did a great job cutting my hair, takes her time, and made sure it looked good. Was super friendly! Had a nice little talk with her.

Overall, super nice place! Friendly staff, nice environment, good haircuts!

I will be returning next time I need a haircut in North Bay!

Very disappointed. Showed a picture of a layered bob and was told yes I can give you that. I ended up with a terrible shag! One inch on top then Long unblended layers , all for $70. That was one year of growth gone and he's been cutting hair for years! I will never go back.

Incredible hair designers! Great experience! The salon and the designers are so warm and inviting! The energy is always positive. Sherees and Mina are my stylists, and I couldn't ask for a more dynamic duo!

Walked in. Greeted by a friendly and helpful young lady. She advised Ray I had arrived. Ray was with me in a matter of minutes. We chatted for a bit. Discuss what I would like to try. And Ray did his magic. Done. Quick, professional, friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere.

I got my hair cut here twice now, last time was a few months ago. Won't mention the designers name but I went in looking for something cool/modern and instead he gave me the stereotypical old lady haircut that all of North Bay seems to be sporting. I didn't say anything in the salon but I was visibly disappointed. Not only that but a few months later, my hair looks like total garbage. It's uneven and stringy. I booked an appointment at the trusted Parlour salon in Toronto to get it fixed. I've been to a lot of North Bay hairdressers and there literally seem to be no good ones here. A friend of mine with short hair also got her hair cut here by another designer and he too, did a poor job. She walked out looking good but a few weeks later, her hair looked terrible and she got it fixed while on vacation in Germany. The hairdresser there couldn't believe someone would cut her hair in such a manner here. I also didn't feel comfortable at this salon, it seems rushed and judgmental which is strange considering nearly all the clients when I was there were elderly with the same kind of hairstyle. Maybe a good place to go to if you want a short, senior haircut but for the young, hip, or those seeking innovation/modernism, avoid.

Have been coming here loyally, for years and won't go anywhere else. Their incredibly talented, knowledgeable crew are not only friendly and patient (if you aren't sure still what to do with your hair when you get there-me) but never try to upsell you or pester customers to buy their great products that they sell at a very good price. You won't leave there disappointed or feeling great about your hair experience . Their skill and attention to minute details will amaze even the most discerning client. They keep up to date by attending courses all over so that we can all benefit from it. Dan is a wizard when it comes to precision cuts, etc. and spent years learning from the best at Vidal Sassoon; Kim and Cherise are colour experts not to mention Ulysse and all the rest. (will take too much room to mention them all) Prices are very competitive not to mention this type of 'expertise' you won't get elsewhere. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 😊 ✂ 💇
