I attended GraceMed Kerr Village for my first hydra facial and it was absolutely amazing! From first contact with Denae, who was extremely knowledgeable in the treatments the clinic provides and helping me choose what to do, to booking was an extremely seamless process. I was welcomed to GraceMed with smiles and a warm welcoming from the ladies at the front desk! Gabby was incredibly helpful and let me know what the process was for the facial and what each step did. She was absolutely amazing! (Go get a facial from her!!!)
I will 100% be returning to GraceMed Kerr Village, and telling everyone else they should too!

I had two facials leading up to my wedding with Gabi and when I tell you there's no way I could have dreamed of having more perfect skin for my big day. Growing up I had cystic acne and throughout my twenties I still struggled with breakouts, for my wedding day all I wanted was that perfect glow and clear skin. Gabi was PHENOMENAL in recommending product that would work for my skin, gave me the best personalized facials, I couldn't have asked for better care. She was knowledgeable, I felt like my concerns were really heard and I was never just pushed product because, which is what I had experienced previously at other clinics. A million things went wrong on my wedding day but my skin was perfect, love Gabi forever and I owe her a million!

My experience with Grace Med from the initial call to consultation was very informative and eased any nerves I had going in.
Upon arrival, Denaé was very thorough and makes you feel beautiful before any treatment. No wait times (I travel an hour so this HUGE for me). The Clinic is very clean and organized!!!!

GraceMed Kerr Village is such a warm and friendly place to go to take care of my skincare needs.  The staff are sincere & knowledgeable and help me learn about the best treatments for my skin.  I travel from Toronto and really enjoy my appointments with them.  The team always has my best interests in mind.  Sue is so welcoming, Kim has a knack for making me look refreshed and Gabi’s serene and nurturing demeanor makes me feel very calm in her presence.  A great place to visit!

I had Botox and Filler and could see the results of the Filler immediately! I was actually overcome with emotion, I told them that I looked the way I did years ago. I didn’t think that was possible.

Everyone at GraceMed was professional, knowledgeable and very caring. Lisa and Carina are excellent, and I knew I was in good hands. Sue, the office manager made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed. It is such a beautiful and calming setting there.

I absolutely love this clinic! Sue is so welcoming and kind, she made me feel so comfortable right off the bat. Kim is incredible, she’s the first person I’ve seen regarding enhancements and she made me feel very at ease. I inquired about a natural look and she certainly fulfilled that request.
