Overall great place to unwind and take many naps. The pools are separated by gender which for straight couples I can see that being annoying. Would have loved to have a cold plunge but the cold shower worked for constraint from the hot steam room.

The main area is very wide and open with many different variations of hot saunas. The cold room wasn’t very cold. There are many areas to do work if you want to come here to relax and catch up on stuff. As well as places to nap. I think the main activity here is napping. While most were quiet and respectful there were a few who would be having loud conversations on their phones.

The restaurant was good, small variety of foods. The stewed meat was very good and the sushi was great quality.

We stayed for about 7 hours and for the price it was worth it. Will definitely come back for a day to unwind. I prefer more outdoor experiences but it’s nice to have something so expansive indoors.

Highly recommended. This is the place to be for the value and services provided. Spacious and elegant decor. A one stop shop where you can enjoy various services in one place. The long hours of operation is amazing. One can enjoy the different saunas, red light therapy, pools in the ladies change room. Drinks can be ordered through scanning a code and are brought to you. Allow re-entry as long it’s within two hours time frame. There are things I hope to try on the next visit such as the massage, facial, pedicure, manicure and the restaurant, pool game, workout machine. They even have a computer station for you to use. The place is kept clean at all times.
I lost my cap and emailed them about it and they responded within a few hours, an exceptional service. They were thorough to ensure the item is claimed by the right person. Overall a great experience. A couple things that could make it even better, some charging sockets of the arm chairs don’t work (not a big issue), changing area is a bit tight (not a big deal for a quick in and out) but the biggest thing is to manage the noise level. Things got noisy as it got busy which don’t seem to be as appropriate for a spa relaxing setting, of course this is not the spa fault but highly encouraged to enforce this. Overall enjoyed it and will come back again.

Love the experience. Highly recommend. It was my first spa day being a man I was thinking that only females would enjoy going and I was wrong. I felt like a new man after relaxing and enjoying the experience. You can stay all day for the same price. Definitely a thumbs Up 👍!

This was my first time going to the GO Place spa and I probably won't be coming back but I did have a positive experience. I came with my mother and we had booked the 90 mins private deep tissue massages which were incredible. The masseuses were very attentive to our needs and it was very relaxing. The staff in general are extremely accommodating and are always serving you with a smile on their face. The food was also quite good considering the affordable price. All the amenities that were available for guests as well were very generous such as the individually packaged toothbrushes and the Korean facemarks to purchase. We went on a weekday evening and it was still quite busy. Overall, had a great time but was quite pricey.

I recently visited GO PLACE and it was truly an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was serene and inviting, with calming scents and a beautifully designed space that immediately put me at ease.

Excellent trip here. Despite going on a busy weekend, the staff excellently managed capacity to allow for a relaxed feeling. All staff members were super courteous and the location offered a variety of places to relax and ways to relax. Even the restaurant was an amazing experience. My only complaint is that all the desserts contained dairy which was unfortunate. If you go, I suggest taking your time to explore the various facilities and see what you enjoy the most there.

We had a great time and the staff are great The place is spotless clean The massage was great My pedicure was great. The food was great. I did not like when leaving being charged a service fee 12 per cent I can understand paying it as a tip for the massage or food but not on the entrance fee or slippers you buy. Also I was charged HST on the food and there is a government promotion that you do not pay. You have an automatic 12 per cent service fee n everything plus 13 HST on everything
I would have enjoyed an area where couples could be together in the pool area All of them are separate for women and men. It great it was all indoors.
