Excellent customer service! This is my Mother in Laws second time getting her hand and toe done ever and she’s beyond impressed by the kindness and attentiveness. The gentleness throughout the service was a 5 star!

Excellent customer service, attention to detail and the best nail place in Durham Region! I have been getting my nails done for 15 years in Durham and this salon is by far the best. Friendly staff who care about your nail health and end result. Highly recommend! I always book with Carol. She is the absolute best and is so professional and an expert in her job. I’m so glad I came across this salon.. I have never been anywhere else since!

I stumbled upon this nail salon on Google Maps, and since I'd been thinking of getting my nails done, I decided to give it a try. I must say, I'm extremely pleased with the results! Carol, the owner, is very warm and professional. She understood my needs perfectly and delivered exactly what I wanted. I noticed a few recent negative reviews, and while I'm not sure what happened, based on my interactions with Carol, those reviews don't seem fair. Overall, it was a wonderful nail experience!

I don’t even know where to begin… all I went here for was a fill and a French tip and it took 3 visits and I left with nothing to show for it because they didn’t complete the service. Had to come back twice because it took 2 hours for her to cut and shape them incorrectly, even though I was very clear with my preference, so I had to leave for work. They asked me to come back and we arranged a time and when I came back lights were off a door was locked. Third visit I go and my nails were so botched it ended with me leaving in a yelling match with the owner. I have never in my life experience such poor service and skill. Like wow.

This was one of the worst nail experiences I have ever been through. Discussing shape was out of the question because they didn't understand anything I was saying. I came in with several broken nails which they tried to fix by adding dip powder just to the tip esswnrially building me a fault line (which is NOT a standard practice or a long term solution to nail breaks) 🙃 they convinced me that bio gel was the best option for thinkness but didn't mention the price was almost twice as much. I didn't even get a polish, just a top coat, and she charged me 50. Don't go here. Do not recommend it.

This was an amazing experience! I wanted to do my nails and had money for acrylic but she didn’t want to ruin my nails using it so she did bio gel for the same price as acrylic and did the French tips. The whole thing costed me less than $70. Book Carol she is sweet and amazing. I will be definitely coming back.
