I 1st had a amazing massage from their new masseur his 1st day of work. Very handsome, strong hands and pleasant to talk to. Then I had a very relaxing Float in the cabin. Enjoyed the me time to meditate to one of their selections of music. The music was deep that helped me focus on my breath. I like to have the little blue light on. The massage was covered on my work benefits and I had previous purchased floats through the year when they had sales. So it didn't cost me that day except I felt Nick Plummer the masseur absolute desired a tip.

Flow Spa in Peterborough offers an incredible contrast therapy experience. The combination of the infrared sauna and cold plunge leaves me feeling refreshed, energized, and recovered. Olivia is fantastic at flow spa. I've been coming to her for awhile with my partner. We both have great experiences with her. Unfortunately I had to cancel my most recent massage appointment more then 24 hours before my appointment on the web through my account, due to getting a cold. I received a phone call on the Friday when I originally booked my appointment for. The website obviously failed and didn't relay this message through to the spa. I got a pretty bad customer service phone call from RJ. Instead of blaming your customer for not cancelling. Maybe take a step back and realize your website clearly had an issue and didn't work properly and that is far from the customers fault. Customer service is key in business and I was absolutely shocked by how I was treated over the phone. I explained myself that I had cancelled due to a cold. I got a extremely rude response of "well now we have to find a someone to fill it" and then proceeds to say "I have go" and hangs the phone up on me. Absolutely unprofessional in so many ways. I feel for Olivia as she's just fantastic and we both really enjoyed going to her but however, after this experience.. My partner and I will not be returning.

Come prepared with your own earplugs, but rest assured, there is a head float pillow for support. You can choose to float in a lit or dark pod, with the option to play relaxing music, creating a personalized calming experience. Every session leaves me feeling refreshed and recharged, making it easy to incorporate floating into my self-care routine. The Himalayan salted water offers wonderful benefits for both body and mind as you settle into the experience.

The staff at Flow Spa are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, ensuring each visit is seamless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a unique way to rejuvenate your body and mind, this is the place to go! Located on Chemong Road in Peterborough, I highly recommend asking for RJ for a fantastic experience.

The Flow Spa offers a relaxing experience with soothing music and float tanks or pods for your floating preference. As a competitive swimmer, I often have sore muscles and the float really helps reset both my mind and body. My muscles feel more relaxed after a float and I am more calm. Relaxing is hard for me so being able to “shut down” during a float and sometimes even fall asleep is a big bonus. I have enjoyed floating monthly for the past couple of years for an hour each time. The cold dip and sauna are also a nice addition. The staff are very friendly and the owner RJ is very sports minded and very knowledgeable.
