I've been a client of Flow at their Bloor West location for 8 years now and I decided to check out this location as they have a different machine. The experience was just as pleasant and Monica is always a gracious and generous host with her time and energy making sure you're comfy. The powers of colonic therapy are always so profound, your gut is your second brain; you get so much clarity after a session. Big thanks for this technology and the Flow Team in both locations.

I had an appointment just before the new year. Upon my arrival, Julie asked a series of questions to make sure she provided the proper service. During my appointment, Julie made sure to check in on me, make sure I was doing ok. It was a great experience & I will be returning for another appointment. Julie even checked up on me the day after….I have never had that before!! It’s shows me going there for an appointment is not for just the hour but Julie also cares about the post appointment & checks in on how you are feeling afterward. Thank you Julie!! 😊

I’ve been to over 5 hydrotherapy clinics and Flow Oakville was the best colon hydrotherapy experience I’ve ever had. You’re in full control, have a private room, and self massage. It’s a comfortable, calming experience. I listened to music and enjoyed the beautiful scenic waterfall mural. It such a different experience in an open circuit clinic. First time I was ever relaxed and enjoyed my colonic! Highly recommend and would definitely return.
Update, Julie followed up the next day. I’ve never had a follow up after a colonic. This clinic just keeps amazing me! Julie gave me great advice and suggestions on maintaining optimal health. She was so chill and easy to talk to. It really helped my session go smoother. I left that clinic in a really good mood.

Incredible experience
Such a clean and comfortable atmosphere. The staff here and Monica the owner are very informative. They go above and beyond. Next level. Show a lot of compassion and don’t rush your appointment.

Experienced nutritionists that offer recommendations for diet and supplementation/herbs.
Monica the owner is so warm and welcoming. She’s done such a great job decorating. She made me feel so comfortable and explains detail for detail how the process works, leaving nothing unannounced. She was able to squeeze me in last minute for a sauna after my colonic. Beautiful!
I would def recommend this clinic hands down.

The five stars go to Elle, the hydrotherapist! It was very much out of my comfort zone to do this type of therapy but Elle made me feel totally at ease from the minute I walked through the door. I have always appreciated her calming energy and her knowledge and advice towards ongoing health and healing. The clinic is top notch in regards to cleanliness and a serene environment. The bonus is the private sauna and the Village Juicery. It's a different kind of spa day that has so many health benefits.
