We couldn't wait to write this review for Floral Classics after seeing our sneak peek photos from our amazing photographer.

Rachelle and Lindsay absolutely nailed the fall theme for our wedding! From the moment I saw my bouquet, I was obsessed – it was an absolute show-stealer. Our bridal party, our guests, and most importantly, my husband, haven’t stopped raving about the incredible work this team did.

Floral Classics went above and beyond to bring our vision to life, creating arrangements that were both elegant and uniquely autumnal. Their attention to detail, creativity, and genuine passion for their craft truly shone through.

Any bride would be making the best choice choosing Floral Classics for their wedding – or any special event, really. We can't thank them enough for making our day unforgettable!

Ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday 2 weeks in advance, picked them up the day before her birthday. The lady who was in the shop was super friendly and helpful with the questions I had. The flowers are gorgeous and my mom loves them. It was such a quick and easy process to order and then go pick up and not worry about anything. I will order again in the future for sure.

I have attached email correspondence to show what I am saying is factual. Rachelle admitted that the store did not fulfill my order correctly and refuse to refund me. This is fraud.

Response to Owner Rachelle - It is shocking how far you are going to make up stories to not rightfully refund a customer. Your unprofessionalism and vindictive nature is showing in your response. My mother did put tape on the product since it was falling a part at pick up and your employee Lindsay would not fix the bouquet . Your replies are simply showing how my side of the events is factual.

Wrong Order, Damaged Order, Dead Flowers less than 24 hours, Abusive and Unprofessional Staff
I highly do not recommend Floral Classics. I hired this florist as a wedding vendor for my June 30, 2024 wedding where I signed a contract with them. All my other wedding vendors was incredible and I gave them 5 stars.

I ordered an all-white and cream cascading bouquet with particular flowers from Floral Classics. I have been in email communication with this business since April 2024 when I received a confirmation email on June 7, 2024 that all the flowers that I ordered were available and my bouquet is ready to pick up on June 29th. When I arrived at the business to pick up my order, I noticed that it was missing three flowers that I ordered (ranuculus, orchid and silver dollar). The bouquet was also poorly made and was falling apart in the store. I asked Lindsay (an employee of Floral Classics) what happened to the three flowers that I ordered and why it included flowers that I did not ask for, I was yelled at and told that Rachelle (the owner) made the bouquet. Lindsay also mentioned that she had a sprained ankle from a workplace injury the previous day and she should not be at work – the only reason she is at work is for her to give me my bouquet. Blaming me the customer for her being at work on June 29th. This was extremely inappropriate behavior – when I asked her to please fix the bouquet and provide me with the correct order that I paid a lot of money for this item, I was yelled at again and told other places charged more. Lindsay's behavior was extremely unprofessional and abusive. This should not happen to a paying customer especially a day before my Wedding Day, this is unacceptable.
Lindsay did try to fix the bouquet but instead caused more damage to the item and I was left with a wrong and not useable bouquet/product. On the day of the Wedding June 30th, the bouquet became brown/yellow and the majority of the flowers died. I had to walk down an aisle with a dead bouquet and all my wedding photos have this awful bouquet.
Despite all my photo evidence and complaints to the business owner Rachelle of the breach of contract and abuse from her staff, Rachelle refuses to provide a full refund. Rachelle did admit via email that she gave the wrong order but will not provide a full refund.
This business is extremely unprofessional, breached their contract and treats customers very poorly.

NO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They will not only ruin your wedding day but also the owner will refuse to take accountability/refund you for it. I am part of a bridal group full of brides all around the world and the disrespect and awful way they treated one of our members is honestly disgraceful. If the owner is reading this good..shame on you.
Below is what happened…don’t let this be you guys. Make sure to read the fine print/demand a refund clause in your contracts. This goes when buying for any vendor.

“Hi ladies, I want to share a horrible experience I had a day before my wedding and on my wedding day because of my florist that I hired in Ontario Canada called Floral Classics.

I ordered a white white and cream cascading bouquet. I've been in email communication for over 2 months with this business. I received a confirmation email that all the flowers I ordered have arrived and the bouquet is finished. I was told to pick up the bouquet the day before my wedding day . When I went to pick it up I realized it was not the flowers that I ordered and all the flowers started to fall a part in the store. I paid around $310 for it. When I asked the staff why is it missing the flowers I ordered and it's the wrong order she legit yelled me down and said how she has a sprained leg from a work place injury a day before and she's only at work today because she has to give me my bouquet. This was so rude and inappropriate comment. When I said this is not what I ordered and I paid a lot of money for this she yelled at me again and said other stores charge a lot more.

I asked her to please fix it and to provide the flowers that I ordered she was so rude and tried to fix the bouquet but she ended up destroying the foam so my entire bouquet was ruined and she said for me to come back a week later when the owner is in but my wedding was the next day.

On my wedding day, the bouquet turned brown and died. I had to walk down the aisle with a dead bouquet
I was absolutely heartbroken. All my friends and family was also heartbroken.

No Bride deserves this treatment from a business. I also signed a contract and paid a lot of money.

I was so depressed for days after I saw my wedding photos and my bouquet was dead.

I told the owner what happened to me and how I was treated and she refuses to refund me my money and is lying that I broke the bouquet when everything is captured on security cameras.”

Also for people reading this. The location has cameras and as far as I know the bride is looking into submitting a claim to the BBB for further investigation. So if the bride is lying why would she go out of her way to do everything she’s doing 🤷‍♀️. I commented on this review because I would hate for this to happen to anyone.

They were beautifully arranged and the same day service was so smooth, I ordered an hour before the deadline and the order was delivered at a perfect time! My cousin and her family loved it and it was perfect for a start of spring! I also loved how easy it was to order the flowers on the site and they are so generous when it comes to arranging the flowers. I got the standard and it was just breathtaking! Thank you again Rachelle Bertram it was a pleasure ordering from your floral store. Such a great way to make someone’s day!

I had a really great experience with Floral Classics! I was unable to complete the type of order I wanted online, but they were able to help me complete my order over the phone - wonderful customer service! I ordered three of the ‘midsummer nights dream,’ and they were all delivered promptly the next day with no issues. All the recipients were happy with the floral arrangement!
