I’m not sure what has changed with this restaurant, but it’s definitely not the same as before. It used to be really good; seasoned to perfection. I’ve been ordering from them regularly for about over a year now through Uber Eats, and over time, the quality has noticeably declined.

First, they changed the packaging completely, which also meant smaller portions. But then, my usual order, egusi soup with protein and poundo started coming with less and less protein. Some days, I’d only get two pieces of meat, and sometimes just one piece of meat and one piece of skin (or “blanket,” as some call it). Each time, it seemed to shrink even more, yet the price stayed the same.

And now, even the taste has changed. It used to be rich and flavorful, but now it tastes bland and unseasoned. I used to prefer this place over Nigah Jollof, but honestly, Nijar Jollof now tastes much better for cheaper price.

The final straw was when I ordered plantain for $5 and received what was probably not even half a plantain. That’s ridiculous. I understand times are tough, but that doesn’t justify shortchanging your customers. We are your local community, your fellow Africans, supporting your business, but this is becoming unacceptable.

I’ve had jollof from so many different places, all over the states, in Abuja and Lagos but nothing compares to Flawless Jollof. When I say, the jollof was jollofing 😋, I mean it. Everything was scrumptious, fresh and made to perfection. Service was great and one of the workers, Nada was super nice. I’m hooked and I’ll be ordering here EVERY WEEK!

I got jollof rice, egusi soup and pounded yam. The food was delicious and of high quality but the restaurant wasn’t looking as good - looked like it was under construction. I was so scared when I went inside.

I couldn’t eat in, so I took the food home.

For $20 i only got a small assorted meat stew; With 3 pieces of meat in it.
Disappointed on their food portion because you can get rice and peas and oxtail and salad for $20 in cambridge.
You can also get a large goat karahi (indian) sometimes with rice or naan for $20.

First off I am a Ghanaian, and you might know there is always this debate of whose jolly rice is the best Ghana and Niger and after having the Jollof rice with assorted meat, I am highly impressed. I have enjoyed various jolly place between Guelph to Toronto and by far this PLACE is the best! The aroma alone brought me back home in Ghana. The taste was perfect and although the portion could be improved pairing it with the price, it did not take away the experience of enjoying a really good Jollof rice . I give it 4 star because I haven’t tried everything there yet which I am counting on doing. If you are reading this, Stop and go and order some Jollof , you will not regret it.

Food made us sick , the smell of chicken was horrible , it smelled spoiled ,this place should be closed down!!!! Paid $45 for two meals that made us sick …… I’m so disappointed first time trying this food and we got sick from it …..😡

Highly disappointed especially considering the price they definitely charge more and the quality of food does not match and my bio father is Nigerian and from Nigeria so I know a thing or two about Nigerian food the rice was dry and burnt had a burnt taste I gave them a little bit of an extra score because they provided cutlery and it was packaged well, extra point for food cause it was spiced well but the rice was awful the meat like the fish for example was tough and chewy the beef was dry and overcooked and the portions of meat were tiny considering the cost for the meal. It’s sad because I was excited to see a Nigerian restaurant but if this is what to expect I’ll certainly not be returning.
