I had my hair done here a few years ago for my wedding, and she did an amazing job! I just went for a touch-up last week and as always lovely people and place. Overall, I was happy with how my hair turned out. It's hard to find a good salon who you can trust, especially when your hair is on the finer side. If you're looking for a great stylist who will work with you the entire way, I suggest booking an appointment. 😀

We moved here from the GTA area & I was very anxious about finding a new hairdresser & was actually considering driving 4 hours back & forth. All for my hairdresser!!! Well, this hair salon was highly recommended by a few people & so I reluctantly made an appointment. My hair has never looked better!!! New colour, new style...wow!!! I have since been back to the city & friends have commented on my hair...the great colour & style & how much healthier it looks. Another great compliment...I look so much younger!!! Thanks to Donna & everyone at First Impressions!

I have been to first impressions a few times when Erin worked there and I never had any issues she was the BEST hairdresser I have seen in a while but she left which was a good choice , now to the owner/hairdresser Donna. I spent an hour on phone explaining my thick curly hair situation and how I like it thinned out as much as possible before it ruins haircut.. she decided to take me on herself (I'd like to add that I have NEVER had an issue with a hair dresser ) she seems to be very happy and acts like she knows what she is doing, however, she thinned my hair out sooooooo much that the sides of my hair were so thin and if my hair went in a pony it looked like a rat's tail.. I was so unhappy and she wouldn't do anything but offer to take more off which makes no sense.. my hair was past shoulders and became 2 inches above shoulders.. Donna needs to only cut men's hair . If you like your hair DO NOT go to Donna.. it's now been 6 months and my hair is still taking forever to grow and never takes this long.. shows how much she cut off.. hopefully this helps any new people to simcoe..

This is the best hair salon and spa in all of Simcoe and the surrounding areas Donna is a superb stylist /colorist .The interior is beautiful and is very welcoming .Jessica is an amazing esthetician. She does the best mani and pedis I have ever had and offers a full range of beauty services .There is also a registered massage therapist .First Immpessions is a wonderful spa and salon and I would SO reccomend it
