Matt was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was great at answering all my questions, as I'm new to it. He was polite and patient and offered advice and recommendations. This will be where I go from now on, as I've tried six stores in the city and this one is by far the best overall experience. Highly recommend.
Oh and I was asked for my I.d. prior to service, which was really nice to see and also a huge compliment to me haha

The worst experience that I have ever had bought a bunch of stuff even Drove 40 minutes to get there and they sold me a vape and other stuff obviously I was driving so I didn't check in the bag till I Drove back to the cabin 40 minutes away then realized they gave me an empty vape box! Called them obviously upset waisted an hour and a half driving to and from to have to go all the way back guy on phone said for the inconvenience of the time waisted they'd give me something but when I arrived he gave me the vape and Denied even saying that so Horrible experience waisted 3 hours because of there mess up and they word and customers survive was not even satisfactory
