Colleen was phenomenal! She was very genuine, personable, knowledgeable and I truly felt a difference in pain right after our session. She made sure to check in with me throughout the treatment and answered all my questions. She took her time to understand my needs and was able to identify so many areas where I was experiencing pain and target that specific area for me. I HIGHLY recommend Colleen and cannot wait to be back for another treatment! Colleen and her service is absolutely amazing and a must have. She has helped me find comfort and relief while being pregnant and also during postpartum. Colleen was fantastic! She had a great touch - Perfect pressure. I felt incredible after the hand/feet reflexology session. She also did some cupping for me for the first time, and this is a service that I would get again. I felt a great relief of pain in my arms after the cupping session.

She explained how every area of the foot is connected to different areas of the neck and shoulders, and how to release the tightness. It was very educational and informative.
