Madame, Monsieur, je vous ecris pour exprimer mon mecontement suite a mon experience dans votre etablissement. Premierement, j'ai ete decue par le manque d'accueil ou d'un sourire en rentrant dans la boutique qui m'a l'air assez chic. J'en ai beaucoup entendu parler par la famille ainsi que par des ami(es). Cependant, j'ai ete tres decue par la qualite du service que j'ai recue et je ne suis pas prete a y remettre les pieds. Un service client qui manque de courtoisie, ainsi d'une communication claire et proactive peut prevenir beaucoup de malentendus et de mecontentement. Je sais que tout le monde peuvent avoir des journees difficiles, mais rien n'est pire que de chercher de l'aide et de se sentir ignore ou mal traite surtout quand on vous regarde de la tete au pieds. I had a day alone in Peterborough, so I decided to treat myself and went here for a manicure, pedicure, and facial (which I've never had before). I had a lovely greeting at the front, and was shown to the spa area. A sweet lady who was cleaning the floors went right away to get me some sandals so I didn't get my socks wet. And my aesthetician, Autumn, who did all the services for me, was incredible. She went above and beyond to make my day special and to make me so relaxed by the end, it made me wish I actually lived in Peterborough so I could go to her again.

My visit to Euphoria Wellness Spa was absolutely incredible. They have created a magical space and a hidden oasis in the city. The staff was wonderful. The infrared sauna was incredible, and the eucalyptus steam room was my favourite. The services were excellent. Thank you so much for making a getaway like that possible. It was exactly what I needed to decompress and take time for myself. Thank you!

Average spa, needs higher standards. Took my daughter for her first lash lift and tint, her lower lashes were lifted with upper lashes. When I called to discuss it, I was told by the technician who did the lift and tint that this is normal and to brush lashes with water, which we tried 3x and it didn’t work. Took me 2 follow up call and 3 emails over the course of 4 days to finally hear back from a manager, whom asked what I wanted done about it and then stated this “happens sometime and is normal” I called around and spoke to other higher end spas who assured me this was technician error by not taping down lower lashes properly and should NOT happen.
after requesting they fix their error, the only time they would provide me with outside of one time slot on the sat afternoon (this was now Thursday and we were away that weekend) were times my daughter was in school. I stated a few times that she is in school and could not get there before 5:30pm but the manager did not seem to understand as all she kept giving me were mid day or 3pm appointments. 3 different times were given and that was it, No effort was made to make an appointment we were able to attend and rather ignored our schedule only to find a way to get out of fixing their mistake.
No recognition of their poor service. I never heard from anyone after stating my daughter was in school and could not make their daytime appointments they set out and would have to seek professional service elsewhere. I ended up going elsewhere to fix it and payed to correct their error.
Poor service, management, communication and poor standards.

Euphoria Wellness Spa exceeded all my expectations! I went for a massage but was thrilled to discover the added bonus of a steam room and infrared sauna included in the experience. Every part of my visit was flawless—the facilities were clean, the massage itself was incredible, and the entire process, from the serene waiting room to payment and rebooking, was seamless and relaxing. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend Euphoria Wellness Spa for anyone looking to unwind and indulge in a truly luxurious experience!

Day packages are the WAY TO GO! Let me tell you, if you’re ever looking for a gift for a loved one, this spa is a great choice. From start to finish with every service, everyone was warm welcoming and made the experience extremely relaxing.
RMT Erica’s massage was incredible! I left feeling like I could do back flips. And Adrianne gives an incredible facial. Made my first facial very relaxing and comfortable and walked me through every step and product during the process! Very knowledgeable! I don’t remember the name of the woman who did my pedi but she was so nice and my feet feel like a baby’s bottom they’re so smooth!

This was my first visit, and what a beautiful spa! April was very warm and personable. She did a great job of making me feel comfortable while explaining the treatment and its benefits, and highlighting those specific to my needs. I will definitely be back to check out their other treatments.

Today was a self care day for me. I don’t live in Peterborough and decided to check out the spa while visiting my daughter who attends University. I thoroughly enjoyed the visit, massage and facial and love that you also get to enjoy the steam room, dry sauna and infrared room. A very relaxing day. I can’t wait to return. Treat yourself and go. It’s totally worth it.
