I walked in to Chatters hair salon to look at the hair products and was asked if I had any questions. Naomi was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Then she applied one of the products to my hair to show me what it does and see if I would like it, which I did. She really knows her stuff! I showed her pictures of different hairstyles I was thinking of trying and she gave me her honest opinion which I really appreciated. So I decided to get my haircut right then and luckily there was an opening.
Chris was my hairstylist. She is fantastic! Did an amazing job on my hair, listened to what I wanted and let me know if what I was looking for would work with my hair. It was a great consultation.
Chris and I had entertaining conversation while she cut my hair. It was like we had known each other for years!
WOW! She really knows how to layer hair, give it body, flow and movement. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my haircut and style she gave me. It looks just like the pictures I showed her! When do you ever get your haircut and it looks exactly like the picture you asked your hairstylist to do for you, the answer is almost never.
This hairstyle is exactly what I wanted.
I am so happy I walked in there!

Besides leaving with an AMAZING haircut from Chris I also left with the product Naomi recommended.

It was such a good time and great experience I had there.

Would definitely recommend them and will go back there when I need a trim or new hairstyle.

I'm an older lady with shoulder length hair. I was looking for a perm, and was booked with Brittany. OMGoodness...what a delight 😊
She was knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. Although I had some trepidation after booking the appt, Brittany quickly made me comfortable. She is the most competent and talented hairdresser I've met in many years.
The only complaint I had was that I found the pricing a little high. I had been given a scale that the price would fall within based on the length of my hair when I booked the appointment in person. I had hoped the final bill would come in somewhere in the middle of said range. It did not. High end of the scale, which embarrassingly left me with no $ leftover to tip with, despite Brittany's wonderful service 😟

Went for a trim on Friday and got the worst haircut I’ve ever received in my life, just chopped and hacked it off. Looks like hell.
I distinctly asked for a trim. I told him not to go to short .The only part that’s long is the right side of my bangs .
Went back Sunday got my money back but now I have to wait four weeks for my hair to grow . I would not recommend that you have him cut your hair. I don’t think he’s experienced enough.

I went in hoping to go back closer to my natural hair, reddish blond ish but abit redder than my natural. I did this because I was sick of bleaching my hair and hadn’t bleached my hair for 8-9 MONTHS. I was so happy with my healthy longer hair. I had to have my hair redone 3 times. I still hate it. It is orange. The first time the toner made my hair brownish and spotty, they re toned it right then and there but then second time my hair went dark black cherry red/purple and then I had to come in the next day and have my WHOLE HEAD bleached after I came into this not wanting to bleach my hair, after all the progress I made to have healthy longer hair. and the toner still made my hair an orange colour 🙂 My hair cut was also way shorter then I thought I asked for a trim a little dusting and a good 1-2 inches are gone! My hair is ruined, I have no idea how to fix the colour without damaging it now. I wish I never ever ever coloured my hair in the first place. Very very unhappy.

Went in for a lightening/bleach treatment and asked to get as minimal hair damage as possible, but my hair has been the worst its ever been after my appointment. Ive spent hundreds on products to try and fix it but they’ve been little to no help. I would also like to mention that at the beginning of the appointment i was given a quote of $300, but the final total ended up being over $600. Would not recommend Enviro Trends to anyone.

Slow service, and my husbands haircut wasn’t very good, cut way too high up the back of his hair line, the top is too short..he’s having some hair loss and he just made it more apparent.
Won’t be back, I’ll go to first choice and pay half the price for a better cut.

First visit - am a Senior. Clean salon and friendly staff. Bittany helped me decide on a cut for my fine hair/issues and showed me how to care for the style at home. Pleasant chat and I also treated myself to a few products. Very attentive. Would revisit. (style cut blow dry)

Over $90 before tip for 2 haircuts boy aged 17 & boy aged 14. The haircuts were not good. I have to pay another hairdresser to fix them. Not to mention there's no waiting area while they get their haircuts so you're just left awkwardly standing there for half an hour waiting. One hairdresser didn't even wait for me to see my 17 year old son's haircut at the end and left and it was horrible. He said she seemed rushed and grumpy. We left looking like he needed a haircut. My 14 year old's hairdresser was nice, but the haircut was not. She couldn't figure out how to style the cut she gave him and neither can we. We won't be going back. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because my 14 year old's hairdresser was nice even if we don't like the cut and I feel bad.
