Recommended by a friend, I came here after a long season of working and training. Staff at the operation were welcoming and well knowledge. The location was very scenic as it sits right beside Lake Erie.

I came for a massage and left feeling refreshed and a bit more flexible. The RMT knew their trade and I will definitely be coming back.

This was my first spa experience and I was very blown away.

When you first walk in you notice the size, and quite frankly you say to yourself, "where is the rest of the place?" Don't let the small fool you, and the small makes it intimate, and warm and very personable. Scott the Manager is a gem, kind, gracious and knowledgeable about the entire planned community. The staff where all warm and attentive. My RMT was a goddess. Sylvia found all my aches and pains, more specifically tendonitis in my right arm. She found it, worked it, and it has never felt better. My lady ordered a bottle of prosecco (you can order food also) and the day was perfect. The pool the view of Lake Erie from the pool deck, just incredible. You will make your next appointment before you leave and literally, i spent a good part of my business day there. I love this place, I am looking forward to my return.

I attended Elements today and it was a very nice experience. They are in the process of transition between their current location and their new location which will not be on the lake sadly. This was my first time here as I was recommended to go by a fellow colleague. I booked a massage, facial and pedicure. All the services themselves were great.

Knowing they are moving I hope they take these critiques with them and implement them. The relaxation massage was clearly in a room that they do waxing as well as other treatments and was not a welcoming "spa feeling". It was also right behind the pedicure chairs so if the jets were going your heard it, the conversation you hear, it just was not as relaxing as I wanted it to be. Hoping they have better massage areas at their new location. Once taken for my facial in the back "couples room", that's where I should have been all along. Quite. Relaxing. Away from the extra noise.

I would also suggest that for those clients you have coming in for more then 3hrs or 3 services you provide robes, slippers etc. To make you feel more into the experience.

Lastly, always have water for your guests. I was there from 11:30-3 and was not offered a glass of water once. I also would have paid extra for a little snack during my pedicure.

Again, the services I had by the ladies were wonderful, just could have used a better overall "spa" experience.

Best spa ever! Samantha is the best massage therapist ever. I told her what type of massage I was in for and all went very well. It is a relaxing environment and the staff were very friendly. My stress level went away and I felt very relaxed after that AMAZING experience. Everyone needs to go to Elements Day Spa. Highly recommend the place.

I am a frequent visitor to Elements Day Spa. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed and the view from the manicure stations is spectacular. I regularly visit the RMT. She is amazing! I can't say enough good things. The pressure is perfect and she works on my problem spots to open them up uising a variety of methods. I will be back again!

I always have such a wonderful time and experience when I go to Elements. I love how clean the spa is and they do a wonderful job following the covid rules. I like that as soon as I walked in I was handed hand sanitizer, it made me feel very clean and the spa very clean.

Sam is an amazing therapist, I have seen her a couple times. Her indie head massage is the most relaxing treatment ever.
I have also had a regular 60 min treatment by Sam and she did such a wonderful job. She was able to help me with the back pain I was having, I love that she listened to me when I told her the pressure was too much for me.

I can't wait to come back and try out other services.

Got two pedicures. The experience was great, and the service was very well done. The staff were GREAT!

Would have preferred a more elaborate experience for the price that we paid. Usually, at a fancier spa, you would receive coffee/water.

An very relaxing atmosphere, the staff were so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in to when I left. My therapist completely understood my areas that needed attention. My therapist also took some time with me to show me some stretches that would help with some pain I was having, which I thought was wonderful. I highly recommend elements spa, it was such a wonderful experience!
