Went here on this Tuesday with my mother and daughter. Payed 100$ for shellac nail polish to have it chipping and falling off our nails the next day. Not impressed

I went into the salon this evening for an acrylic French manicure with Van, and the service was as amazing as always! I have been coming to Elegant Pro nails for over 6 years and have always loved the atmosphere and their work. Very professional and efficient. 10/10 I recommend

There is a slim picking of nailshops in North Bay, so I had to ignore the negative reviews of Elegant Pro and give them a chance.

If I'm completely honest, this wasn't the best mani and pedi that I ever received, but I was impressed with the level of service from my nail technician. Overall, I was pleased with her work and would definitely go back when visiting North Bay again.

My nail colour complimented my outfit. Sheer elegance..👌🏽

I have been going to Elegant Pro-Nails for 3 years now. It is the highlight of my month going to get my nails done here! They do excellent work and are so friendly! Its such a welcoming place with truly amazing people! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get their nails done!

Nice people and clean facility but they trippled booked 6 people on the long weekend. I felt bad for the 4 other women who booked and everything was rushed. The male owner did my mom's feet while the wife did mine. The male owner seemed overwhelmed, and he almost fell off his chair.
They didn't shape my nails and the polish is bubbly. I probably will not return when back in the bay.

I moved here for 3 weeks and need a new nail salon and thought I’d try this place! Very friendly people, great prices, and very homey feeling in the business! I got a green acrylic set done and the man asked if I wanted a design and I told him feel free to do what he’d like, it’s not the most perfect set. But for the price you’re paying I think it’s fair, I think if you had an idea in mind and communicated that it showed a picture you’d get better results. In my case I did tell him to do what he pleases so it’s on me for not like the nails, but they are still very good!
