Nails were nicely done. My only critique would be that I paid for dip powder and got acrylic once. Maybe she was distracted as I kept talking haha. Either way, decent service and my nail lady was very meticulous which I appreciate. She certainly takes her time. A true artist.

Perfect and beautifully done manicure. My experience at this nail salon was positive from the moment I walked through the doors. The staff were friendly and professional. My nail technician, Zoey (I think that was her name) was very meticulous and efficient that it was quite therapeutic to watch her work. Will be back at this salon for sure. I got the Bio sculpture gel manicure.

Another successful visit. with the change of season on additional to the bio-gel fill I treated myself to a Lavish Lavender Retreat Pedicure With Gel Polish which includes hot stone message and paraffin wax foot treatment. Nightly recommend! Thanks again Stephanie!

I always have great experience at E&A Nail. I got a full bio set and have continued to get refills with Cathy, but all of the technicians are amazing, I also see Stehanie who is so good. I recently also got a pedi and they were so detailed, I'm honestly impressed. The staff are lovely, the facility is clean and the owner is amazing. I highly recommend this salon and will continue to come here.

Did my nails there on Friday at 6pm (7pm they close) and was not happy at all! I felt rushed and told them right then that I’ll be coming back Tuesday (which is today) to fix it. The nails weren’t shaped properly and was nothing like I showed them on the picture!

Their inability to take criticism and their poor professionalism are shocking. They made me feel like I was the problem, but the truth is their service is subpar. Telling me that they won’t accept me as a customer in the future but the thing is - I will never go back there, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They refunded my money, made me write “they refunded my money & I received it” on an ENVELOPE? (Which right there shows their lack of professionalism), clipped my OWN nails and that’s how they told me to leave the salon.
Apparently this is how I entered their salon and since they refunded my money this is how I should leave 😂

Like I said It’s clear they don’t know how to handle constructive criticism or provide the level of service expected at a professional nail salon. Attached a picture of my nails

Enjoyed my first mani/pedi at this nail spa, courtesy of a birthday gift/gift certificate, so was I wasn’t sure what to expect. The salon was clean and bright and the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. Due to my reservation, she was expecting me, so I didn’t have to wait for a technician to become available. I was assigned to Ellie, who was amazing! She was very thoughtful and attentive - she went the extra mile to ensure I was always comfortable. I really appreciated her professionalism and gentleness (as I do know some techs can be a bit rough), but she was so courteous and detail oriented, that it made a big difference to my overall experience. I would definitely book with her again in the future. Thanks Ellie!
