My wife, Ale was absolutely ecstatic about her stylist Alex. it was her very first time with the stylist and she had never been to this salon before and she was super happy with the results of the work, beautiful, artistic hair results, full head of foils that came out amazing, blonde with magenta peekaboo. It was her very first time in this salon, she met the owner Julie Carr, an amazing kind and funny woman with vast expertise in the field. Every stylist in there is amazing, cordial, funny and welcoming. She felt welcomed and important, every stylist put their two cents in to make sure the job was successful and she felt taken care of to the max, and the results were beautiful. She would like to thank very much the owner Julie, Alex her stylist, and all the girls working there. She had an amazing time at the salon and is looking forward to her next appointment with Alex. Great experience she recommends to everyone. Fantastic salon with beautiful decor and a complete beauty spa for every need, she’s looking forward to try the rest of the services too. New to the area and the salon. The two stylists I requested, were not taking new clients, so they assigned me to a newer staff member. Being new, I expected a consultation to be done on my dry hair, so they had a good idea about texture etc. That was not to be, my hair was washed immediately by the assistant. I was quite specific about how I wanted my hair styled, and clear about what I didn't want done. She did everything I didn't want done, leaving me with one of the worst cuts I've ever had. She also only cut the bottom half of my hair, with the remainder pinned up, When I asked about the rest of my head, she took a few mm of the bangs. Will never go back there, nor recommend.

Had the best experience at the Dragonfly Salon and Spa this past week. The stylist was able to get my hair to a perfect colour and gave me the haircut I’ve always wanted!

Worst service ever, we were booked for 3pm today with my daughter. We booked around a month ago. They called us to confirm yesterday, the girl said "we are calling just to remind you on your haircut for 2:45pm tomorrow" I corrected her that we made the booking for 3pm, she took a pause and said "ok yes its for 3 o clock"(I wouldn't have minded to come at 2:45pm if she would ask) Today at 2:50pm when we were about to come in the salon, they called me and told me i was booked at 2:45pm. I told her that I was booked for 3pm, and I talked with a girl yesterday, to which she replied "if that was the case, the girl yesterday would've changed it to the system for 3 o' clock" She talked to me as if i was lying, I asked her if she could at least squeeze in my daughter for today's haircut. We completely changed our plans for Toronto just for this haircut, because soon we have an event and it was very important. She told me "actually I can't squeeze you in because I already have another client coming soon" And that she only had one person scheduled for my booking meaning they forgot to either book me in, or my daughter. She never apologized to me for these mishaps and i find this very unprofessional for a business that prides themself as being professional.

Wouldn’t trust any other salon for my hair and beauty needs! I’ve been going to Alex for a while now and I always leave feeling so confident, and my hair has never looked better. The environment here is so welcoming, all of the girls are so sweet and you can tell they take so much pride in their work and they seem like such a family!

Stephanie worked a miracle on my face! A bit of botox and 3 micro needling sessions and my skin as never looked better. I initially went in thinking I needed fillers to help with some sagging skin but Stephanie suggested we start with the micro needling and it fixed my issue! She's very knowledgeable and is all about looking natural. I would recommend her to anyone!
