I began visiting this clinic nearly a year ago for facials, PRP, and laser treatments, and I must say it's the best experience I've had. The staff's attention to detail is remarkable, and scheduling appointments is always convenient. I leave satisfied after every visit.

Special mention goes to Natasha—she is a wonderful person and did an outstanding job with my laser treatment. If you’ve never had laser treatments before, you can trust her completely. Her expertise and care made the experience smooth and effective.

I contacted the office about a Face and neck PRP That I had found on Groupon, but wanted to pay them directly so they would get all of the money. Upon doing a lot of research about PRP prior, I was surprised to be told by the lady that did my procedure that informed me that health Canada does not allow PRP injections to be done in Canada When I asked her why we were using the pen instead of an injection needle. I have darker skin and wanted to improve my hyperpigmentation and collagen. She performed the procedure and I had bruising afterwards. I noticed that the bruising did not go away, and instead, hyperpigmentation significantly increased in the area that I experienced bruising under my eye and beside my mouth area. I consulted with two other nurses, who informed me that health Canada does in fact, allow PRP injections as long as you’re a nurse and licensed, and that the pen procedure that was performed is not recommended for people with darker skin tones, as it is very likely to cause hyperpigmentation because it’s too abrasive. I contacted Dr. Salehi’s office and they offered to do another procedure for $360. I paid the first lady $300 cash the first time around and my skin got worse. Unfortunately, I do not trust this office to do my follow up appointment as I was lied to the first time and the proper procedure was not done. I feel as if they wanted to just prioritize getting my money rather than proper service.

If I requested an injection and the injection costed more, I would’ve been willing to pay the difference and get the injection instead of the pen. I gave 2 stars instead of one because she was a very nice lady but I won’t be returning.

I've been to Dr. Salehi a number of times for different treatments. Everytime I get microneedling I ask her to go as deep as possible because I can handle the pain and my skin glows after. Even my husband mentioned it so you know it must work! He doesn't notice if I dye my hair lol. Anyways would recommend this clinic to any one of my friends and have. She's such a sweet person. Is honest and cares about you getting the results you want. If you see an ad on Groupon like any other Groupons I use I would call and just book through them for the same price. Groupon takes HALF! That's crazy these ladies deserve the full amount for their services. I'm very picky I've been to many places across the GTA I won't mention names but this is by far my favourite place!
