Wow. This was my first time here. I spilled oil on my cloth seats. They got me in within a couple of days and did an outstanding job detailing the inside. The seats were still wet, so they advised that if the oil stain wasn't gone when it dried to come back. They worked on that seat several times the next day. It's gone!. Thank you for such amazing customer service and attention to detail.
Almost forgot....the price was amazing as well

I had my vehicle done here recently on Thanksgiving weekend. I couldn't quite justify the 157$ I spent. I keep my dash and interior fairly clean myself, as well as windows. When I picked up my car, it was cooler in the morning, and you could see all the streaks on the windows. It looked awful. Then all the plastics in my car had these white particals on it with streaks. My back seats definitely weren't washed properly they were full of dust and dirt stains when they dried. They didn't clean the vents and missed several spots on the doors. The carpets were better, and the front seats were okay. The cargo was done nicely. They removed the diesel smell.

I would not recommend this place, considering the owner has no balls to admit mistakes and just gives your review a "like." I mean, what could I expect when they did the job in two hours.

Absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had. Had my car detailed there and after I pay I find out that they damaged my digital screen. It was pulling teeth to get them to fix this and they still haven't refunded my detail and the diagnostic they had me do at Audi even though I've asked 3 times in the past few weeks. I had to give them a deadline of when I was going to file for small claims court to have my $7000 damage fixed. Then Dustin, owner of the spa and several car dealerships wanted his Volkswagen dealership to fix it so Idecided to be agreeable and go ahead with that in good faith. Anyway, long story short, never go here or anywhere owned by Fustin including Auto Plaza Group. They do not stand by their work and are not trustworthy.

***UPDATE In regards to the refund on my car detail and diagnostic, I've been completely ghosted by the manager and owner of this business.

I had my car given the full service detail package and it came out looking and smelling like a brand new car! It was worth every penny.

Michelle, who is front line customer service here, is amazing. I only wish that all customer service was this good. She genuinely likes her job and likes working with people.

Fantastic job inside and out. Our BMW Z4 looks like new. Interior is perfect and not all greasy like some shops. I have already booked my truck as well.

Service with a smile! Orillia auto spa made my car look better than when I bought it new, which I definitely didn't think was possible. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for any of you detailing needs, very reasonably priced, staff are extremely friendly, and just overall a wonderful place

These guys are top with more than reasonable pricing. My jeep was a mess with a dog hair and it came back looking like a brand new vehicle. They’re totally professional, personable and awesome! I will be taking my jeep here from here on out !

My wife called in a pinch after transporting somebody who made an awful mess in her car. She was very tight for time and did not have long before she had to get back on the road. Orillia Auto Spa told us to come in ASAP. They were willing to work with our tight timeline, very professional and incredibly reasonable with pricing given that it was such short notice.

It was deeply appreciated and I plan to come back here for all detailing or cleaning services I need in the future as well as recommend them to others!!
