Amazing experience! Despite not booking for a difficult design ahead of time, everyone treated me well and made sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. Suki was my exceptional nail tech and made sure to ask for my opinion on every detail. I am grateful for her hard work and how she refuses to do a sloppy job despite going overtime. I always get my nails done here and am impressed every time. Very understanding and friendly salon, would recommend!

I’ve come to new Classique a few times and have always left happy! Staff are super friendly and accommodating and I very rarely have to wait when I book an appointment. While all the techs are great, Linda and Suki are my favourite!

2 weeks after my appointment on September 30 and my nails are chipped, the colour flaking off all my nails. I think the staff person was rushing and didn't do a second coat,etc. I live in Victoria so can't / won't be coming back.

Too many things went wrong in this appointment that eventually I just gave up and stayed silent because I was so uncomfortable and upset. Originally I asked for a different color from their own samples, but it was a completely different color that she put on. Then I said just forget it, I’ll do this -(see picture)…. You can see how the reality turned out….

On top of going home to fix nails I just paid $108 for, I was also super uncomfortable the entire appointment in their pedicure chair trying to balance both my hands and feet being done while being 8.5 months pregnant. There was no hot water in the whole salon, so cold water it was.

Overall, I will never go back or recommend this place.

I went to New Classiqe to get a shellac manicure. Judy is the name of the girl that did my manicure. Firstly, she didn’t even clean my cuticles, I noticed at the time but still didn’t say anything. Then as she’s putting the nail polish on, I noticed it was uneven and bumpy, there was even a piece of dust which created an uneven look on one of my nails - she noticed but didn’t care enough to fix it. After 4 days, this is what my nails look like. These are my REAL NAILS and it took a very long time and care to grow these. I will NEVER go back to this place!

This place is beautiful and feels very welcoming. They provide great service and beautiful nail designs. This is a brand new spa with a brand new owner unlike past owners. I have known the owner for a very long time because of their previous locations and they have a lot of experience . I would definitely recommend getting your nails done here.
