I had an amazing experience at Chill Head Spa! The facility was incredibly clean and well-maintained, providing a calming atmosphere the moment we walked in. I was really impressed with their professionalism, especially since they were able to accommodate three of us on the same day.

You can choose between 60- and 90-minute treatments, and they start by diagnosing your scalp and hair type to ensure you receive the best, most tailored treatment for your needs. They also offer a wonderful variety of essential oils, each designed for different therapeutic purposes, which added a personalized touch. The spa had plenty of parking, making it super convenient. Ivan was fantastic—he made sure we felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the session. Highly recommend Chill Head Spa for anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

We came here a few days after their Grand Opening and were impressed by the top notch customer care and the quality of their service.

You can choose between different aromatic oils for the forehead massage; each oil had different effect like: relaxing, headache relief, energetic.

You can choose between 60 and 90-minute treatment sessions. They have single or couple massage rooms. They’ll scan your scalp once at the beginning of the session and once the treatment is done and they also provide feedback on how oily or sensitive your scalp is. The treatment includes scalp and forehead massage, shoulder massage and hair wash. I felt so relaxed during the session that I felt asleep and when I woke up, I felt completely relaxed and refreshed. Definitely worth the 60/90 minutes spent.

They currently have great promotions for their Grand Opening.

Just had the most relaxing spa experiences at Chill Head Spa. The place had a soothing atmosphere, you're welcomed with slippers and tea while filling out a questionnaire. You also get a scalp analysis before your treatment. I felt so relaxed and my hair has not been this soft in so long!! Everyone was very friendly and attentive during the session, there's also snacks and tea afterwards too!

Definitely recommend for a self-pamper session or as gift.

Horrible experience – do NOT recommend!

We booked a couples massage, and they called to say they only had male masseuses, which we weren’t comfortable with. When we requested two female masseuses, we later found out that female staff don’t even do body massages—only facials and head massages. So if you want a body massage, you’re forced to go with a male masseuse, which they didn’t tell us upfront.

To make things worse, they kept canceling and rebooking our appointment, causing unnecessary frustration. When we finally arrived, they had no idea what we wanted, making the whole situation even more annoying. After all that, we left completely disappointed, and wasted our Sunday. Terrible communication, misleading service, and overall a waste of time!

I have been searching a good place who does head and neck massages.. i just found this ABSOLUTE GEM! It was an excellent experience from start to finish! From choosing my oil scent to the scalp exam to the glorious massage and hair washing! My bald husband loved it also! I'll definitely back. My head, neck and shoulders feel like a million dollars ! I had Calvin; he was lovely !
