Teresa and Jaelle are fabulous! Combining relaxation and comfort with medical benefit spa treatments. I visit regularly for facials and have been using their skin care for over a year now. My skin is fantastic, balanced and fresh! Jaelle uses products that are made for my skin after consulting about my concerns and examining my skin. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and I love her ‘massages’ during my facials- such an added bonus! Teresa does my laser hair removal and I had immediate results! She programs the machine according to skin type, so it works really well. She’s so sweet and also very knowledgeable! I look forward to my me time every apt! You won’t be disappointed with any service you try!

Cenote has a classy professional feel from the minute your walk in. I had many questions when arrived, all where answered fully and professionally by both Teresa and Jaelle .
I was little worried about how my sensitive skin would react ,and told them I am little claustrophobic .Jaelle asked many questions to ensure I received the best option for my skin type.

My facial was a relaxing experience , it included a hand massage , and ended with an application of moisturizer applied with a featherlike touch to my face. The view from the treatment chair was of the canal amazing experience Thanks Cenote
