I had a 90 minute massage and it was glorious. If I had my own spa I would dream of it looking like this place! Every room is well thought out and laid out. Down to each little detail. From the minute you walk in the door, take off your street shoes, put on sanitized sandals that are provided, you're greeted by warm and friendly staff who check you in very quickly, and then direct you to the lounge on the left with the most comfortable seating, a beautiful atrium feel And you're offered a beverage. The water was cinnamon and apple infused. It was beyond delicious and very refreshing. I was guided through The building by my masseuse who gave me a guided tour of where everything was. All of the rooms were very sanitary, the ambient music running through is a nice touch. The nail salon was full, we then went downstairs to more beautiful treatment rooms with more services offered than I can even list here. I 10 out of 10 recommend going to this spa. I'm excited to see what expansions are coming. The massage tables are heated! The room is clean and fresh, with a choice of scents for your oil. I left feeling so good. I cannot wait to come back!

From the moment you arrive you are greeted by the most beautiful building and grounds. Upon opening the front door you become breathless with the spa aroma, the exquisite and detailed decor, the vibe of joy and the anticipation of your spa appointment. The courteous and happy staff greet you and make you feel at home. Being served a complimentary beverage from an Expresso to a Special Coffee, Fancy Tea or Cucumber Water is a small but mighty gesture. You are being pampered.

My facial (Hydralessence) with Pam was incredible! I can’t even explain how amazing I felt under her trained and experienced hands. It was magical and my face felt amazing and looks amazing!

Following that pampering I sat with Lindsay who then highlighted and styled my hair. Lindsay also took the time to understand my needs and my many wishes! I left this hidden gem of a spa with beautiful skin and beautiful hair and a promise to be back again real soon.

I found my happy place.

Huge applause to the owners and their team! They def have the formula for success for not just themselves but for you and I also. You actually come first.

Absolutely beautiful Spa! Had a wonderful afternoon getting massages and facials. Lee and Joanne, you have truly outdone yourselves with this Spa. Our RMT’s and Aestheticians were attentive, kind and provided excellent services. The ambiance, decor and overall feel of the spa makes you feel like you’re escaping reality. When you are ready for a superb hair cut and colour then, you want Cavana Ridge. My hairstylist Leanna, did a wonderful job, so much so, that after I had had my hair done and went out to dinner, I was complimented by a patron at the next table, which surprised me, as it was unexpected. In particular she commented on the richness of the colour and the fullness of the style - classic but with a modern vibe. So, thank you Leanna, for the first-class hair cut and colour - definitely 11/10 experience! The Atelier was immaculate making for a very pleasant visit, (Oh, and the coffee is to die for).

I would go for weekly treatments at this place if I were retired and wealthy! The people are lovely and very professional. They have hypoallergenic products which is very important to me as I have sensitive skin. The spa itself is beautifully designed and spacious with a relaxing atmosphere. And the complementary lattes and cappuccinos cap it off. Highly recommend!

She took the time to listen to my vision and provided expert advice to ensure the final result was everything I hoped for—and more. Her meticulous attention to detail and mastery of hair color transformations were evident in every step of the process.

The shampoo experience was heavenly, and Melanie’s skillful cut and style left me feeling confident and refreshed. The use of top-quality products left my hair looking vibrant and feeling incredibly healthy.

I absolutely enjoyed my first visit to Cavana Ridge, Shauna was very welcoming and supportive throughout my time, Sarah my massage therapist was excellent and to end the day off right with a light lunch at the Botanical Garden which was just fantastic . I wanted to give my experience as someone who goes regularly!!… I love the beautiful atmosphere and the service I get from whom I see. From recently starting to see Sarah the RMT to Jenna my long time hairdresser!… Love the complimentary drinks, hot towels and small head massages… A real treat!!… Recently I Brought my daughter for the first time!!… Both Jenna and Saige tended to her with such grace… She absolutely loved her hair and enjoyed their company!!… Thanks girls for all you do… Just another FYI..
