My experiences with the pickering Town centre visage Location is specifically with Jenny. Although I do know all the girls there are very kind and helpful. my star review is based on my experience with The service Jenny has always provided. Jenny has been the one to take care of all my eyebrow needs specifically waxing For just over a year now I have been going to see her and I still religiously am dedicated to continue with her. Jenny is very kind and patient with me and that is really important for any of their clientele they may have who may have Some form of disability.. I personally myself have vision issues and I trust her completely too. Make me leave there looking great. She is very gentle with what she does. She’s patient and a very good listener. She will offer suggestions and recommendations on anything you might be curious or interested in trying out. If you’re having your eyebrows and upper lip waxed, I do suggest Jenny, since I’ve always had mine done by her. however based on other people who I know that attend this location, all the girls are pretty wonderful and they are all great at what they do..

I was very disappointed with our experience getting my baby's ears pierced here. The employee was impatient and kept insisting that she had done thousands of piercings instead of listening to our concerns. She didn’t allow us to mark where we wanted the piercings, and that would of unfortunately, have ended up uneven. Her excuse was the pen was sanitized what does that even mean? You can resanitize a pen again. On top of that, she seemed irritated throughout the process, which made what should have been a special milestone feel rushed and stressful. I had to insist that I would be more comfortable marking it for her to take me more seriously. For spending over $100, I expected much better service. She showed no concern for how baby was during the process and rushed it. The store was not busy at all and we were 1 of 2 customers there. I would not recommend this place and will be avoiding it in the future.

I got my brows done by Sehar and she did an amazing job! I don’t trust anyone else with my brows other than her, she’s friendly, knowledgeable, and makes sure she’s happy with how my brows look before she lets me go. Always booking with her to get exceptional service and clean brows!

I have been coming here for several years, and cannot be happier. Danielle is an absolute gem and a master of her craft. I initially came for a facial because I had such a bad experience elsewhere and she made me so comfortable and was so knowledgeable. And I've been coming back ever since! She's provided me with so many service from brows to special event makeup to piercings. Truly is a one stop shop for all your self care needs

I have had many services completed over the years at Carol Baker Visage. I have never been disappointed. I continuously get facials, eye brown lamination, and lash lift and would recommend these services to anyone. Danielle is great and always makes sure I’m feeling fabulous!

I got ear piercing done for my 4 months old baby. Nadia and her colleague were very supportive n understanding. I would recommend others to get the ear pierce service here. Extremely comfortable people n place .I was glad n care free for my daughter as she was in good hands. Prices were reasonable. They were polite n kind
