The Tire Center Team is THE best! They are the definition of team work. The store was closing at 6pm, I arrived around 5pm hoping to make the tire purchase but assuming they wouldn't have time to squeeze me in for installation. However, Mike and Hemant ensured that they got the job. The entire team was quick, efficient, professional and happy. I made it a point to inform the store manager because customer service was exceptional. Customer satisfaction is so important and they managed to do just that. Thank you!

Abdul and the team were absolutely amazing! I had tried to pick up a set of four tires from the Ajax location the day before, but they didn't have what I needed (the website said otherwise). Today I called the Pickering location. Abdul put me on hold and went to check that yes, they did have the tires I needed. I went by a couple of hours later, and the whole team mobilized to find my tires for me. It was an easy transaction, and I got the tires for 30% off! Thanks, guys, for the excellent customer service!

This place had my car for 6 days and couldn't fix the problem with it. They got the description of the problem I had provided mixed up with something completely unrelated. I found the service advisor patronizing and his recommendations at the end of the ordeal were absurd. I won't be returning.

Purchased a new (pricey) vacuum. I was told clearly I could return it if unsatisfied by customer service rep. The vacuum was terrible. Called customer service and they were firm and rude that they would not return vacuum two days later. Terrible policy. Last purchase at this store, next time Best Buy or Costco. What a shame. Purchased my previous Dyson from this store but never again!

Went for tire change and regular maintenance. Guy name Hemant at the counter did fantastic job. Assist very professionally and help alot to do everything smooth. Manager need to appreciate him. Fantastic job.

This is the place I've been going to for the last couple years to get my seasonal tires changed. First couple visits were fine. But in my last couple, I waited 4+ hours both times, checked in with the front desk to see what's taking so long, only to find out that they hadn't even touched my car.

It's a tire change.... I cannot believe I've had to wait this long for a simple tire change. And they lack the professionalism to at the very least notify you of delays. Your car is simply neglected because of their severe lack of organization and customer service.

Save your time and energy and take your car somewhere more reliable. I will not be returning here and don't recommend these mechanics to anyone.

UPDATE: Checked my dashcam, and these mechanics left my car idling in the garage for a total of 30+ minutes... Not only have they gloriously wasted my time, they have also wasted my gas.

Brought my Audi inside for an oil change and on rims, I didn’t know how the procedure worked. I’m just a high school Principal and didn’t know I needed an appointment. There was a kind brown man, seems like a teenager, I think his name was Diesel, he was super kind enough to squeeze me in, and get it done. To be honest, it’s kind of a big wait, but honestly it was worth it. Diesel made sure I got the right service and the proper work done on my Audi. Props to you Diesel! I will definitely be back again. 10/10
