I really have seen results since the first session i had with shelly, results are 100 percent. The really keep their paper work and the client files sorted , attention is paid to every detail.
The staff is really cooperative and supportive.
The place is very clean and well organized.I definitely am looking to get signed up for more services from them:)

I’ve had a mixed experience at Canada Med Laser. While some of the technicians were fine, the results were inconsistent, and it seemed like there was a lack of standardization across sessions. Although they keep a file for each client, I still found that the results varied each time, making me wonder if the settings changed or if the inconsistency was due to the different technicians. I wish I was told about the results guarantee package, as it was only $100 more than the 10-session package I chose.

Initially, I saw a noticeable difference after the first two sessions, which made me optimistic. However, the effectiveness seemed to diminish afterward, and despite following the recommended schedule, I still had significant hair regrowth by the end of my package. The clinic itself is clean, and the staff is friendly, but unfortunately, the results didn’t meet my expectations.

I’ve since started going to another salon in Yorkville, (which is far for me) but uses the same laser device as Canada Med Laser. The technician there is always consistent and does an excellent job, so I’m finally seeing smooth lasting results I had hoped for. I’ve even started treating other areas because I now feel confident that I’ll get the results I want.

I’m absolutely in awe of how amazing my skin looks right now. Shelly did an amazing job. Highly recommend her. She was so thorough with derma-planning and made sure she got all the spots, which I really appreciate. The oxygen facial is great and it made my skin so soft and clean.
