So glad this place is shut down!!! There's alot of great, reputable places in the area to take your animals to. This place was not one of them. So many months calling their customers liars when they simply could've changed their business approach. Better luck next time!

UPDATE: As expected, the owner has responded with accusations of defamation and threats to take legal action if the review isn't removed. This seems to be a trend, and is a poor way to run a business. I wonder how many other reviews have been removed as a result of their threats... 😬

Owner is extremely unprofessional and immature. The business itself seems to have poor hygiene standards, both inside & out (just take a look at the alleyway where they let their dogs defecate and don't pick up after, disgusting). The inside is not much better. They own an aggressive dog that they allow to roam free behind the store which has acted violently toward several people and dogs walking by. When made aware of these incidents, they respond with extreme hostility and threatening language. This has recently extended to even a public Facebook post, where the owner continues to make an absolute fool of themselves by responding aggressively and lying through their teeth about the situation. Any reputable business would apologize for their actions and at least attempt to make things right. It's disheartening to see this behaviour in our small community. Hopefully the owner grows up and either undertakes some professional training and personal development, or moves on to a field where their personality is better suited (I.e. not public-facing).

I was really worried about leaving my dog with a stranger, I had never brought her to a groomers before and I had read so many articles about groomer disasters. But upon meeting Kim, talking to her and seeing how fast my dog took to her I was immediently set at ease. My dog came out looking fluffy, soft and happy! I would 10/10 recommend Kim and I'll absolutely be bringing my dog back 🙂
