This is a very small salon with lots of clutter. The owner seemed very pushy; telling me I should get a pedicure at least 8 times while I was there for a manicure. If I wanted a pedicure, I would have booked it. Too pushy for my liking. The owner kept getting up from doing the manicure and answering the phone or doing other tasks. During a manicure, it is polite and expected to have the service done with no interruptions. If the excuse is you’re the only one who can do such tasks, then I suggest you hire more staff. The colour choices are vast but the upselling to shellac or tips was uncomfortable. You can tell she is very money focused. The owner also seemed to be abrupt when speaking, she had a bit of a blunt, impolite style to her. The payment machine was brought even before my nails were dry!!! I still needed clear coat applied, but the owner brought the machine and asked twice to pay. This is rude and unprofessional. Payment should be taken once the service is complete- not in the middle of nail drying. Overall, the girl who did my manicure did a good job, it even included a nice warm towel and hand/arm massage. The pet peeve I have at salons is staff speaking their native language- this is inconsiderate to the customer and keep note, you never know who may know that language…..Overall, this was an OK salon with fairly cheap prices and it gets the job done.

Great place to get your haircut. Tina is nice and friendly, professional at cutting hair, takes her time and gets me exactly what I want. The prices are very affordable. Would recommend, and I will definitely come back again.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! If you are looking to get nails stay far away. she is uncertified and does not know how to shape, apply the acrylic evenly, and the paint job was horrible. i left with glue all over top of my cuticles which was causing me pain, bumpy and unevenly cut nails, and a colour that was not even what I originally asked for as she told me she couldn’t do french tips after trying 3 times. SHE CHARGED ME 100 DOLLARS FOR THIS! I came back and asked nicely if she could remove them and she made a huge deal and wanted to charge me more. I ended up getting a refund after asking many times and received lots of attitude. if you want pretty nails go to LIV nail bliss inside the mall which is right around the corner, the service was amazing and they spent AN HOUR AND A HALF removing the nails Tina did because the glue was so stuck to my skin. cafe hair and nails is absolutely terrible🤢 if i could put 0 stars I would.

This is the first time getting a pedicure done at this salon. I have to say Tina did an amazing job. I also brought my teens boys for pedicures as well. I would highly recommend Cafe Hair and Salon. Price was also very reasonable. I’ll definitely be going back very soon.
