This place is absolutely amazing! I visited for the first time, and ever since, I’ve been hooked on making my own lotions and soaps. Ordered some 4oz plastic containers from them and almost 75% of the containers are scratched and scuffed to the point that I won’t even use them. Containers had absolutely no protection between them.

UPDATE:
Apparently this company doesn’t accept returns on products they poorly packed and damaged before the customer receives them. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to someone I hated 😂

In the last year I have purchased on two separate occasions from Botanic Planet. Both times involved purchase of raw unprocessed bags of herbs and seeds through the Botanic Planet website. Shipping and delivery was quick (1 week from day of order to doorstep). Herbs and seeds were well packaged and exactly as expected. Herbs arrived fresh, dry and all were very aromatic. I am very pleased with the purchases and quality of products received.
