I've completed my Reiki Level 1 so far, and she was more than willing to help me understand and explore this new adventure. I really enjoyed the format in which she taught the course; I felt like I had time to sit with the information before moving on to the next modules. She was always willing to answer any questions and often followed up with further articles or links to help me learn more if necessary. I decided to take the course so I could have a better understanding of the Reiki practice, but left feeling empowered and confident in my abilities.

I also had the opportunity to experience a Past life Regression Session with Brenda. It was the coolest thing! I've always had suspicions about what may have taken place, but having the opportunity to walk through it/experience it was pretty amazing. Brenda was patient, held space and supported me through the process. She finished the session in a way that grounded me and left me feeling safe before I left her space.

Just recently, I had a past life regression with Brenda, and what an incredible experience it was! Going in, I was a little nervous since I’m someone who doesn’t easily shut off my brain. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the entire process was and how relaxed I felt.
