I have not been here in a while and decided to search this place up to find another woman feeling the same way I did. I went to this place back when I was a broke student because it was $25 for a Brazilian. The waxer was great and I believe she was married to the strange front desk man. He has made me feel uncomfortable so many times and I just felt it in my gut from the get go. I felt so uncomfortable that I didn’t even give him my real name when I registered. I went back to them maybe 10 more times but so grateful I never went back after 2019. Will not be surprised if this clinic comes up on the news for secretly recording clients.

The prices are fantastic, and I really appreciate that they were available online. The gentleman at the front counter was a delight, super friendly and chatty. The lady who did my brows and upper lip, Nikki, was perfection. She did such a great job with my services. She was quick, exact, and the precision she had was incredible. I've never had my brows done so well, let alone so quickly. I would come back here in a heartbeat, and I'm excited to check out their other services!

Rochelle is an artist. I had two mole removals almost one year apart and both times I had a wonderful experience. My skin healed beautifully and nobody would ever be able to tell I had facial moles. No scarring. Minute discoloration. Sad to know she is retiring, not that she hasn't earned it!!!

The wax/waxer was good but the front staff man made me uncomfortable and I won't be back because of that. Always listen to your gut. I should have turned around the moment I felt something was not right. I debated writing this review because I feel like he is so unprofessional that he'd retaliate, but I do think it's important to let people know my experience and to document.
He was on a personal call when I arrived and was talking loudly about how his 10 year old granddaughter shouldn't know she's bisexual at her age. It was weird but I brushed it off and signed in. He got off the phone and started this long speech to me about how gay meant something different in his day. A client came out to pay and saved me from the awkward speech and I went to go sit down. I should have left but needed the service.
I had asked about the lymphatic massage a while ago, and he proceeded to come over and demonstrate it on himself and tell me that 'since the masseuse has to go around the breast, it would be sexual assault if a man did it" (his exact words.) That just isn't true. Its a women's only service, performed by women only, so women already know what that means; he didn't need to come over to me and demonstrate it on himself and say it would be sexual assault if a man did the massage. It made me feel uncomfortable, but again I brushed it off.
After my wax, I paid and the price was almost double. Online it says "home of the $30 Brazilian wax) but it's actually $30 for the front, and $20 for the back. I asked about this and he went into great detail about "hair along the crease" (again his words). I just wanted to get out of there and have him stop talking to me about weird stuff, so I paid and left. It is unfortunate that they are misleading about their price, but more than anything it was such a weird unprofessional experience by the admin. Again the waxer was professional and great. You usually expect professional admin when you go to a spa or get a service, but I have never encountered something like this. I just wanted the service I was there for but he made me so uncomfortable and ruined the experience.

Did mole removal. I’m on my 3rd round, they say within the 6 months touch up is free but I got charged. They do a good job but they will charge you every time.

I have had a couple Lymphatic drainage massages by Rochelle and they are incredible. She is so amazing and you leave feeling like a new person. Tip: Make sure you add the infrared sauna service at the end for the ultimate benefits! See you soon.

Me and 1 of my friends all got a deep cleansing facials and I got a facial mole removed plus a full set of mink single eyelash extensions. We both loved the experience and inside the spa is really beautiful or should I say beauty-full. That was last fall for my wedding and now I am a frequent visitor as their work is fantastic. In regards to the mole, something I had since I was preteen, non-exitant as in what is that thing in those university grad pics! Check this place out, I did and have not for a single moment ever had a single regret - the staff comes highly recommended! Charlie.

Great Experience With Removal of Three Moles – Worth the Drive to Pickering!!

I went to Beauty-Full Spa for the removal of one large mole and two small moles on my face. I had the option to go a top GTA plastic surgeon for the removal but I am so glad I chose Beauty-Full Spa! Paul is very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions. Rochelle is highly skilled at mole removal – the procedure was painless and she took the time to smooth out the area around mole after the removals. I am very happy with the results and it is not even a month since the procedure! There is no scar and the post-removal care products you can buy worked. As an African-Canadian I highly recommend Beauty-Full Spa for mole removal for all skin types.
